Hired Green Steam for the first time today, very pleased! Jeff is personable, professional, prompt and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this service!!!!!

Jeff and Brandon did an excellent job. They explained exactly what they were going to do and then surpassed my expectation. They are professional, friendly, arrived on time, and finished ahead of schedule.

I’m very pleased with the job Jeff did on my sectionals and two chairs. He was prompt, courteous, and personable. I will definitely use him again. He came at 11 this morning and was done in about an hour.

My hall and TV room carpet was dirty with at least 5 years of traffic, drink spills, food spills and outdoor dirt tracked in on shoes. Jeff had them cleaned and looking great in a couple of hours with no chemical odors left behind. It has been at least 2 weeks since they were cleaned and they still look great. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service.

My carpet had some really terrible pet stains and Jeff made it look like new! In addition to a job well done, I appreciated the excellent and professional service, especially being able to come on a short notice and get the job done quickly.

We should have reviewed this earlier. Jeff did a great job on a red wine spill that we thought might be uncleanable. He not only got the spill, but he was able to come on a Sunday and gave us a good price.

We can say we would use him again and, unfortunately, our cats are responsible for causing us for call him now for a cafe latte spill. We are certain we will get back with another excellent recommendation

We hired Jeff to clean the carpet on our 2nd floor and basement as well as our sectional couch. He did an amazing job getting rid of regular dirt, pet stains and more! The carpets look better than when we bought our house 5 years ago and we will now have our carpets cleaned once a year. I highly recommend him!

Jeff Johnson of Green Clean Carpet Clean was a very pleasant and professional person to do business with. He provided a quote over the phone, arrived on time, explained his cleaning product (environmentally friendly), did a quick and thorough assessment of the carpet, and got to work. I watched him do a careful and complete job. My carpet looks great, smells great, and feels soft and clean. His personable demeanor was friendly and competent. All in all, a great experience. I had used Jeff’s services a couple years ago for a move out clean for my apartment. And it was fantastic! So, when I needed my carpets cleaned in my home, I automatically turned to Green Steam Carpet Cleaning and looked no where else.

I’ve got a toddler and dogs, so our carpet has definitely had some wear and some stains. Even the couch needed a good cleaning. Jeff and his associate came in, assessed the carpets, and gave us a great deal. When they were done, everything looked amazing! The carpets were back to its original color, and the couch looked like new!

They were also very friendly, professional and was considerate of our family’s safety during these covid times.

Jeff was great! Arrived on time and was very friendly. This was my first time having my couch cleaned so wasn’t sure what to expect but the couch looks excellent afterwards! I have a dog who loves to track in dirt on my beige couch so he had his work cut out for him. He also cleaned a small area rug for a very reasonable price and it looks good as new. Love to support a local small business!

Jeff did an amazing job. I'm not a fan of carpet and when I saw our carpet again, I was SO happy. I didn't even know it could look that clean! Jeff does great work! This is the second time I have had him come and clean the carpet in my apartment and I have been amazed at the difference both times. With a toddler and not great standard “apartment carpet” it is sometimes hard to keep our carpet looking good. Jeff does a great job of taking care of the heavily trafficked areas and leaves the carpet looking refreshed. I also appreciate the affordability of his services. This is definitely money well spent!
