Jacob was knowledgeable and honest and told me exactly what I needed to do with the carpet. The carpet was very old and had pet stains and it wasn’t worth trying to clean it, as it would’ve brought up all the smells again. I had an area rug that is still in good shape that needed to be cleaned so he’s doing that instead and I’m going to proceed with getting new flooring. I really appreciated his honesty and help in figuring out what the best thing to do would be. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Mathew was on time and prompt, very polite and professional. We did an inspection of the areas to be cleaned. The areas that might need more attention while cleaning were noted. The price was solidified and agreed upon, no attempts to pressure unwanted or unneeded services. Carpet looks great and no chemical smells at all from the carpet, actually no perceivable smell at all, amazing.

My technician Rynell did a wonderful job. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I am very pleased with the upholstery cleaning I had completed today. I will definitely use your company again and I give Rynell a 10 out of 10 rating.

I'm pretty pleased with this company as a whole so far. I priced out 4 companies. We sent the same email to all of them so we could compare pricing; A sketch and photos of our large Thomasville sectional and ottoman with measurements, and sent measurements of our loveseat dual recliner. We let them know we had on cusion on the sectional that had urine that had been cleaned and had an enzyme cleaner applied. Also that we wanted pricing to add protectant to the sectional and ottoman. We didn't opt for protectant on the microfiber loveseat as it's not reccomend for that fabric. This company has the IICRC certification that's highly recommended. Their pricing was lover than two of the other quotes I received as well.
Wyatt was our technician and he did an excellent job with the cleaning. There were a couple spots he wasn't able to get out completely, but they're much much better! He was here somewhere around 2 & 1/2 hours. He called when he was done with his previous job and let me know he was on the way. He was very courteous.
*Update. As my furniture is drying, I'm noticing one arm of the loveseat appears to have been forgotten. Still debris stuck to it and no lines on it. Several spots on both the lovesear and sectional didn't come out. I'm hoping some of the uneven coloring is just the fabric drying. We'll know more in the morning!

We have dogs so carpet cleaning is a must. Unfortunately we let it go a long time. The transformation on are carpet was amazing and the technician was helpful and straightforward about the limits of what could be done. We appreciated his hard work and his honesty. We’ll definitely use Zerorez again.

Jacob came to clean my daughter's air ducts, which probably hadn't been cleaned for decades. He was friendly and professional and explained everything along the way. He did a fabulous job, cleaning them and the furnace and put in a new air filter.

Tech was excellent. Walked through areas of concern, made sure to hit problem areas. Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Great communication, called and gave eta for arrival, approx. time to clean, and time to dry. Cleaned 4 rooms, hall, and sectional.

My case involved the unfortunate occurrence of a lot of blood/spatter in multiple rooms of my apartment, and I was afraid my 18-year old beige carpet that was already plenty dingy was ruined. Zerorez sent their senior associate and he went to town, methodically making my carpet almost like new! The difference is staggering, and I am so happy with the result and hard work by the tech. Bravo!

Jacob arrived a little early so he got started early. He was finished in 45’ doing a living room and attending to some dog related stains upstairs. He did a great job, was super kind to the animals and was so friendly himself. Great service!

We see excellent results with our Zerorez carpet cleaning today. Dirty areas have disappeared and it all looks fresh and almost new. This is after not having a cleaning since before Covid! We appreciate all the effort and professionalism from Gabriel today. I recommend his services highly!
