Was referred by fabric store The Whole Nine Yards due to huge water stain on my window seat cover. The owner, Carl, is an extremely pleasant man who is very professional and said he would do his best. The stain did not completely come out but it is good enough to use. Dry cleaners looked at the cover and said no way could they clean it without doing damage since fabric was a blend with rayon. I was so impressed with his integrity that I took a Karastan to him and a small afgan rug. He has more thread color than you can imagine to properly repair any rug. This place is a gem and they are very reasonably priced. I will tell everyone I know about their cleaning and professional conduct.

I have been working with the professionals at Ray-Burt's for about twenty-five years. I have never doubted their expertise or their integrity. They are an incredible asset in my work as an interior designer in cleaning, repairing, and installing my personal rugs, as well as those of my clients. There is no one else in the state who can do what they do.

We have been using RayBurt's to clean our Persian rugs for over 20 years. Carl, Matt, and Lisa take wonderful care of us and of our rugs. The cleaning is done well, everything is explained, and the work is surprisingly affordable. RayBurt's has also done rug repair for me. The technicians are skilled and are great at getting out red wine, pet stains, and whatever else we have tracked or spilled over the years.
I cannot imagine trusting my rugs to anyone else.

The folks at Ray-Burt's are friendly, professional, and really helpful. We recently packed up our belongings for storage and a move to the Desert. Everything went smoothly, 3 large rugs and a cloth recliner, and when we finish our new home the rugs and chair will be ready to go. We have used Ray-Burt's for 30 years.

I had a wool runner from my hallway that my little dog has left a couple of spots on it I attempted to clean my self with the Electric Bissell carpet cleaner but it did not do a very good job so I decided to take it to this company when I arrived and met the owner he was a lovely gentleman gave me a tour of his company explained the process his son and daughter wrote up the invoice.
In about 8 to 10 days I received a phone call that the carpet was ready to be picked up I picked it up the next day brought it home and it looked brand new they did an excellent job I would highly recommend this place to anyone not only are the owner and his employees friendly professional people their workmanship is surpasses anything that I’ve ever seen.

We have a weird, finicky rug that had started to fall apart at the seams. These guys were absolute wizards... Matt got in there himself and stitched the (very thick) seams by hand with a thimble. The price for all that hard work was incredibly reasonable, and he cut us a mat for underneath and had a few tricks for keeping it from pulling and causing more damage in the future. This is a group of experts who really love what they do, and it shows. Highest recommendation I can give.

What a gem of a place! They cleaned two of our area rugs, one was so much more vibrant afterwards. Also repaired (well, replaced) fringe on both. And moth-proofed after removing the moths... that we didn't even realize were there. So glad I took the rugs in before more damage was done. Anyhow, the people we worked with were excellent at communicating, flexible about drop-off day/time, and the prices are very reasonable in my opinion! Great experience, gladly recommend.

Took my 6 yr old wool living room rug in to be cleaned after raising 2 puppies over the past 2 years. It came back to me absolutely perfect, no more stains or dog hair, no residual smell from cleaners, and as soft as new They were very pleasant to interact with, placed reasonable expectations for timing and price, and followed through with completing the job in a timely manner. It was not overwhelmingly expensive for the results I received. I highly recommend their services and will use them the next time I clean my rug.

Ray-Burt's cleaned 3 large and heavy wool Kazak carpets for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! The rugs were returned clean and properly dried. The colors really pop now - I had forgotten how good they looked originally! Also, the two gentlemen who picked up and delivered the rugs were personable and knowledgeable and did an expert job centering the rugs on my floors. I highly recommend Ray-Burt's!

We used Ray-Burt's to help with a tricky rug installation at an interior design project of mine - a rug that would be pierced by two large concrete columns and sit at an angle. We had been getting some pushback from other companies about our intended design and its installation but Matt at Ray-Burts was immediately up for the challenge. It was obvious he not only knew exactly how to execute things perfectly, but that he really cared about the process and the client's happiness. After completing a template on-site and receiving the rug, Matt was able to get things prepped and then install the rug PERFECTLY around the columns in under 30 minutes. 10/10 stars to Matt and the Ray-Burt's team for their skill and professionalism!

I was recommended to Ray-Burt’s by Nedim at Nomadic Vintage Rugs. I took in an old New Mexican blanket from the 50s that belonged to my grandparents. They cleaned it, treated for moths, added loops so I could hang it and did some amazing repair work. Craig was so sweet to work with. Was really happy to give them my business.

Brought in a huge white hand knotted wool rug with tassels that was very dingy. They repaired some tassels, completely cleaned it and then recommended a protective treatment. They said not to bother treating the poly fiber rug I brought in because that is much easier to clean.
