Birch the Zerorez technician, did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. They had not been cleaned for many years, at least 9!

Three grandchildren and cats and their fur, took their toll.

Twenty year old carpet can not look new, but now they look super clean and bright after Zerorez!

Birtch was very friendly and listened about which traffic areas needed more attention.

We had the following cleaned: 2 recliners in our tv room, master bedroom and hallway (heavy foot traffic area) and our 2 white shag area rugs. As careful and clean as we are, they were due for a good clean to help remove oils and other dirt debris that was trapped and starting to show. Wyatt came out and explained everything and did a fabulous job. We are very pleased with how it turned out. Thank you ZeroRez!

Called to let me know when on his way snd kindly waited for me because I had a counter guy here. Very pleasant and honest with pricing because I added a few other places to clean. Protected all corners of furniture I couldn’t move with dome greedy plastic corner protectors I wish I invented. All the spots came out of my brand new light cream carpet. Upfront about what will come clean and what might but it looked brand new. Great guy snd I will use them again next year. Very happy and I’m writing this because they did a perfect job snd I very picky. Thank you….look at my beige carpet now!

All their service was carried out flawlessly and most pleasantly. I go there again if/when I need rugs cleaned.

Horrible customer service, they clean my rug very horrible stain was not removed.
They not professional .
Stay away from this place . They gave one estimated by the phone but when you come they raise cost because they decide to do so.

Ray-Burt's does an exceptional job on carpets... bring it in for a discount, pads are reasonably priced also... great on wall to wall also!

these folks are absolutely the best..... they can tell me the origins of the little oriental rugs i find
and always do a superb job of cleaning them.... They were recommended by one of the 2 original
families who brought oriental carpets to Portland because Rayburt's also helped them..

Great staff, always friendly, AND super knowledgeable. Go to any rug merchant and ask them, “who do you recommend for cleaning”? You will get the answer we have come to know; Ray-Burt’s. They are simply the best.

I was right in the middle of moving and need two rugs bound. We need it done before the furniture went in. Needless to say we need it done ASAP. Matt helped out big time and they had it done by the next day. Was very blown away by the professionalism. We'd use them again.
