Our Zerorez technician Birch did an outstanding job on our carpets this morning. We had 6 rooms and a stairway cleaned. Birch makes a great impression, very professional and he’s definitely a perfectionist- just the kind of tech you’d like to have working in your home. In the end our carpets look even better than we hoped. Everything about our experience with Zerorez was first rate and we’re very happy to recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of having Zerorex come out to clean my carpets, and the whole experience was a delight. They were super responsive and managed to fit me in quickly, which I really appreciated.

Balin, the technician, showed up with his assistant (who I’m just going to call the Carpet Whisperer since I missed his name), and together they worked wonders. They were professional, friendly, and left my carpets looking the cleanest I’ve ever seen them. Honestly, it’s like my carpets got a new lease on life.

The price was totally reasonable, and I’ll definitely be calling them again. If your carpets need a refresh, Zerorex is the team to trust!

Had my carpets cleaned by Rynell he was super communicative, he clearly laid out expectations with the service and offered additional services that were reasonable based on what he observed with the carpets, but wasn't pushy about the sale. Highly recommend this service, carpets are nice, fresh, and smelling great!

Zerorez asked to show up earlier in the day, which worked better for me. Nick was timely, easy to work with and my 28 year, gently used carpets look like new, even around the dining table. I love that my carpets don't feel crusty when they are dry. THANK YOU!!!!

Wyatt was absolutely fantastic. He had a coworker come and help to who was also extremely kind. Very happy with the service and will definitely have them back! We had a carpet cleaned, 2 tile bathrooms and a the exposed area of an area rug.

I've used one other company and our carpet took days to dry and when Zerorez did it, the carpet stayed looking clean much longer and dried much faster. We just had them do it again (every year) and the results were the same. Both technicians were very nice and professional. The pricing is very competitive, about the same as anywhere else and they don't try to upsell. Very happy customer!

Birch from Zerorez was able to come into our basement and thoroughly clean the carpets. They look and smell fantastic and it only took a couple of hours. Super focused on customer service and transparent on pricing and follow up services. 10/10 would recommend.

Rafael cleaned a 5'X7' synthetic shag area rug and it looks great! He was kind, efficient and quick. Took 30-40 min all told. I wanted the rug cleaned because it had an odor from my dog and cat - to be clear, they never had an accident on it so I can't speak to that type of cleaning. I can tell you that it smelled clean after Rafael treated it. I'm sensitive to smells - the fragrance from the cleaning agent was citrus based and very mild - not detectable the following day. The people I talked with on the phone were also very kind and efficient. Thank you Zerorez!

We were blown away! That basement carpet is 20 years old and needs replacing but we can’t quite yet. Our Zerorez tech just gave it new life and bought us a few more months! Thank you!

They did a great job. Website easy to book an appointment got several reminder emails before the day. Birch was friendly and took great care to not damage any of our belongings. Carpets look and feel like new. Would definitely use again

Just had carpets cleaned, the professional service and results were fantastic. The ease of communication and scheduling was appreciated. Our technician, Jacob, was very friendly and efficient. He did find some pet urine areas with his black light and took care of them.

First time using service and WOW!🤩 what a difference to our carpet!! So pleased with the result and Wyatt did such a great job taking extra care to get the stains out, he was also super friendly and respectful of the house.

Technician arrived on time and was very professional and kind. Spent a lot of time cleaning my two couches and I am very happy. He wore shoe covers and was very conscious about keeping surrounding areas protected.

Said that if the spots don’t come out after the couches dry that they would come back, which is a plus.

Our carpet tech Birch was awesome! He was very friendly and did an excellent job. He got out a stain I did not think possible. He has a very nice way about him! I would recommend Zero Rez and recommend asking for Birch! He also told me about the duct cleaning the company offers and gave me a coupon!

I’ve been using Zerorez for years. They are fast, courteous, thorough, and reliable. They have great customer service as well. I have only ever had one issue with their work, and they were back within 24 hours to fix it.

Scheduling online is easy, and if you don’t see what you’re looking for, you can call them. they may be able to find you other options.

I particularly like the fact that they are flexible. If you find something you’d like done in addition to what you initially requested, they can almost always accommodate.

No chemicals, and a fresh light sent is all that lingers. Love them!

Raphael did go over the price before he started. We did want the pet stains and odor removal, but I didn’t realize how much that would cost. However, he showed us with the black light where the deep down stains were and there were more than I thought!
After a two hour session (for one room, a hallway & stairs) so far the carpet looks amazing & its practically dry already! A MUCH better job than our last carpet cleaning disaster! Would recommend this service.

From the initial scheduling call to the final walk-through, Zerorez delivered exceptional service. I wanted to personally reach out and let you know how much Rafael has absolutely made my day with his work and diligence to ensuring that I got the cleanest results from his service to clean the carpeta at my condo that I just bought. Not knowing the previous history for the carpet it was really giving me clarity and peace of mind, knowing that Rafael came in and spent his time and good efforts to do his best job to make sure the carpets are fully cleaned, when I showed up today, I was absolutely mind blown by the results I have before and after photos to show you and I will be definitely showing my whole community as well to let them know that for the price that you charge it is absolutely amazing and I would recommend all my friends and family to use you guys knowing that you don't use any harsh chemicals and completely leave the place clean as new.

If you are in a condo/apartment and on the second floor go with Zerorez! No water hook up needed!

Matthew was amazing! He talked us through everything and did a walk through before. He was able to get all the stains out, even from previous owners! Set up was easy, communication was great and Matthew was a joy to talk to! Floors look beautiful. Price was extremely reasonable.

HIGHLY recommend! I will be scheduling again when I need our carpets cleaned.
