2nd time having these folks come out and clean our gutters. Both times were easy and quick to schedule, told me the cost up front, showed up on time and did an amazing job.
PLUS I had a bit of a mess on my patio and let them know they didn’t have to worry about spraying the debris that fell from the gutters onto the patio but they sprayed it anyway and worked around my mess. They left it cleaner than they found it. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations.

I needed my gutters cleaned and PDX Brothers responded right away and submitted a quote the next day. They were very professional and reasonably priced. They even installed screens over the downspouts without an additional charge. I will definitely have them back in the future.

PDX BROTHERS have done a fantastic job for me with roof & gutter cleaning for many years. Recently, they also repainted the wood trim and gutters on the south side of my house. Excellent results and great customer service. Highly recommended!

A lot of companies drop the ball when you try to get an estimate through their website. You take the time to type out the specifics, then never hear back. Not these guys. They responded quickly by text with several options and the prices. I really appreciated that. I had the driveway pressure washed, the vinyl siding cleaned, and the whole roof de-mossed and treated. They also washed off the solar panels. They worked as a team and got it done within a few hours. I highly recommend them.

Awesome experience. They quoted me quickly and even made a timely adjustment to get the right scope of work for us. Quote was very competitive. Scheduling was a breeze. Henry and Gio showed up on time, just 15 min into the arrival window. They did great work, were fast and were great communicators. No more moss on the roof and gutters are nice and clean! The crew at PDX Brothers is amazing! From booking to completion, the entire experience was seamless. Marvin took great care of us, and Henry did an outstanding job removing the moss from our roof, going above and beyond to make it spotless. They also applied the treatment afterward. I was very impressed by the service today by PDX brothers. I was home today and was able to watch them first hand. They did an amazing job and they used tarps to keep the mess to a minimum. I was completely impressed with the job they did. I was satisfied with the finished job and the price was very respectable and fair. I recommend them to anybody.

Another perfect visit by Molly Maid. Team Dolores and Clarisa are just amazing! They have been helping for years and they know how to clean efficiently and do a phenomenal job every time.

Molly Maid Team 7 Elaine and Lucia have been cleaning my home for months. They are so great! They leave the place wonderful and their communication is honest and professional. Very impressed!

I waited for the team to complete the job. I asked them how much to write the check for. The lady told me $236 I asked if I could write it for more to add a tip she said yes. Then the next morning I noticed they ran my debit card for an additional $79. When I emailed the business they said that the team took longer then needed and that the team said the check was pre-written witch it wasn’t I stood right in front of them asked them how much it was and wrote it for the amount plus tip. You need to educate your employees of your proper rate! I would of had no problem writing the check for more if I was told it was more. You shouldn’t blind side your customers.

Jenny & Angelic did an exceptional job of deep cleaning our home for our move in! Every nook and cranny was spotless and they made sure it was up to our expectations. Highly recommend!

My brother hired this company to do a clean out on his apartment. They ended up charging 450 for complete clean out of a 2 bedroom apartment. Never even took the trash out of the apartment. Landlord still charged them a clean out fee because it was not at all to the standard of clean. When he called they asked for the number of his apartments to call and ask them, which was really weird to me. After not hearing anything for a while he called back, they had no record of him calling and said it had to be done in 24 hours to get any help. Horrible service and customer service. Taking advantage of people with disabilities and these hard times is despicable.

worst service we I have ever had. The lady named Jenn over the phone provided an estimate of $500 which covers everything for move-out cleaning and ensured us about the quality and their professionalism. They also told us about 24 hour quality control. If we are not satisfied, they will send a crew for a rework. However, the final bill turned out to be $755. We were out of town, our neighbor and realtor commented that it seems like no one was there. a lot of basic areas such as floor, kitchen island, window, tables are still very dirty. My realtor said in his entire professional life, he has never seen such a bad cleaning service. They refused to send a crew for the rework even though I send all of the evidence after 12 hours and refused to negotiate a reasonable price. DO NOT USE THEM! and Please tell your friends to stay away! They charge me with the credit card I gave to them at the very beginning without a consent. I told them not to put charge but they still did. It is a Fraud!

CARMEN & LIDIA are the most AMAZINGLY, WONDERFULLY, AWESOME, Mother, Daughter speed-cleaning duo & Definitely deserve MAJOR recognition!! They cleaned my house so fast & my house was BAD! I mean I was in-line for an episode of Hoarders & they cleaned it all up in maybe 6hrs!?! They're SO nice, I didn't feel judged AT ALL, they were Always on task & have the best work ethic! Carmen(the Mom) says, "Work is work & we need the work, so now let's get to work!" I highly recommend Molly Maid!

I've used Molly Maid for several years now. The 5 Stars is specifically for team #10 (most of the teams are good, occasionally I get one that is not so good). Isabel & Rosa manage to clean a 4000 sq ft house in a reasonable amount of time and they do a great job tidying and cleaning surfaces.

Very good communication with office. I called once about billing, immediately explained to my satisfaction. I called once about cleaning detail and it was never an issue again ( it was something easily unseen initially by staff.) Canceled on Monday due to weather, cleaned Wednesday. The sub team did an amazing job as do the regular cleaners. Always on time, thorough, done in a reasonable time frame. I am very pleased with the look & smell of my home when I come in the door. Every surface, including inside microwave is spotless, bed is made. I highly recommend a try if you are looking for housekeeping service.

Requested a deep move-in cleaning for a house that was already in good condition when we got it. Other than communications for payment on file and arrival time, there was little to no communication. I didn't receive an invoice but my credit card transactions state that I was charged $500 for the cleaning. Despite this, the baseboards are still dusty, the ceiling fan blades are still dusty, and the shower doors are grimy. We haven't checked the rest of the house but that's what we were able to notice immediately. It makes me wonder if they did any cleaning at all.

Our new rescue Akita, Arthur, unfortunately urinated on our large beautiful rug. Renaissance did an amazing job of cleaning it, eliminating the odor and bringing out the vibrant colors in the rug. I will always use them for rug cleaning in the future.

Renaissance is the best! Knowledgeable, helpful and considerate analysis, and their process takes me back to southern Iran in the sixties! I honestly can't imagine a better place to have Persian rugs and gelims properly washed. They also did lovely repair work on an old Bakhtiari for us.

People who value fine rugs (Persian, or other) can trust Randy and his crew for their knowledge and delicate care. They do a fine job in cleaning and restoring such rugs, while paying exquisite attention to details. Randy (the owner) understands the value of such pieces of art, and treats them artfully.
