I’m so happy that I found Renaissance. I had a rug that was in need of serious repair. Randy and Val did a great job and the cost was reasonable. Super nice and very knowledgeable people. I couldn’t be happier with my newly repaired rug. A big thank you!

Renaissance Rug Cleaning recently cleaned two of my beautiful rugs that had been damaged by an Airbnb guest (dog urine and chemical, heavily fragranced deodorizer). The smells were so pungent that they could not be kept inside the house. They successfully got out both smells - the chemical deodorizer being the more difficult of the two. They went above and beyond, taking extra time to work on the deodorizer and both rugs are back inside the unit. Additionally, to support my Airbnb damages claim, they provided an email describing the extent of the cleaning and damages to these rugs. Very appreciate this business!!

We brought them a sculpted area rug that had a lot a lot of dirt build up on one side from sticking out under furniture and a small stain in one corner. Aside from removing the stain, the rug came home looking exactly the same. I guess I could’ve asked more questions ahead of time about expectations but $200 for a coffee stain is pretty crazy to me. It seems like they are good with oriental rugs but not the carpet area rug style.

5 stars across the board! Communication throughout the cleaning and delivery process was clear. Anders and Dirk delivered my rug right on time. They helped me layout the pad and center the rug in my little apartment. I would recommend them for any rugs you care about.

The rug they cleaned was my Grandmother’s, bought sometime in the late 80s/early 90s and 10 x 12 ft. It came from my parents, they’re a shoes on household with two dogs. Renaissance transformed this rug and took fantastic care of it, it looks and feels brand new. There was a pesky red stain we’d been covering with furniture for years, I could not find a single trace of it.

We have used this company a few times, the quality is ok but they never answer the phone and do not return messages leaving me out of compliance . Very disappointing!

Good guys do a good job.

Employees tossed burning paper in our kitchen trash bin on their way out, and started a small fire that my caregivers had to put out (this is a SENIOR LIVING facility).

When I brought this up to Robert and sent him camera footage of the incident, I received no response after 3 months except for a re-sending of our bill with an added late fee and interest. He refused to negotiate our bill or take responsibility other than removing the late fee. In his words: “Accidents happen and employees don’t always follow every guideline we give them”. NICE.

Stay away from this business!

Robert, CJ and the staff at Oregon Hood Cleaning have serviced our restaurant locations for over 6 years doing an excellent job. They have responded quickly to emergency calls and have provided us with cleaning our hoods, hood fan grease trap clean out, and stove and equipment cleaning with strong costic chemical that beats out degreaser any day. I've provided feedback as well that they take under consideration like automating scheduling and sending before and after photos each visit. Good job for so many years, keep up the great work.
