It is a pleasure to do business with a person who loves their work. Quality of work excellent, and the owner is very knowledgeable about rugs. He understands that a rug is not just for foot traffic but that it can tell a story, is a part of ones life. He is a true craftsman. Highly recommend.

Renaissance was recommended to us and the first 2 rugs we took in came out so clean and soft and beautiful, that we ended up taking in every rug and kilim we own. They did wonderful work and are very knowledgeable.

This is a wonderful, family owned business. They use a non-toxic process to clean rugs, and are very friendly and easy to work with. The colors in the oriental recently inherited from my mother really "pop" after cleaning. Highly recommended!

Had our rug recently cleaned and could not be happier. Renaissance picked the rug up and delivered it back looking brand new. They were also able to remove a couple of stains and some damage from cat claws. Highly recommended!

Renaissance Rug Cleaners did an excellent cleaning job and fringe repair on our 8' x 10' vintage wool rug. The colors look bright and fresh and the fringe looks like new.

We have had our small and large oriental rugs cleaned here for years due to the excellent care and warm, knowledgable service that Randy & team provide. All are generous with sharing their knowledge of and enthusiasm for oriental rugs, as well as, being very accomodating with pick up and delivery, if needed.

We just had 2 Gabbeh rugs cleaned and repaired by Reanissance Rug Cleaning . One of the rugs was over 15 years old and had never been cleaned before. Both rugs came back looking like new. In fact, they looked so good that we sent 2 more rugs to be cleaned. The service in the office and in the field was very helpful , friendly and professional.

Mouse chewed a piece out of my rug and Renaissance repaired to the point of invisibility.
And since rug served as a rug in a wet bar for some 25 years it also needed a thorough cleaning. The colors are now vibrant and I assume as close to original as it will get.

Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. The owner spent time giving history about each of my 5 rugs I brought in. When I picked them up it was night and day from what they looked like when I dropped them off. Wow! I highly recommend Renaissance Rugs.

I have a rug that has a couple unfortunate incidents with our cats; the lovely old hamadan really hadn't stood up well to it, and was probably a lot dirtier than I realized.

After taking it in and chatting with the impressively knowledgeable proprietor, I got a call back *ahead of schedule* to fetch the rug, which was more vibrant than I remembered! Ahead of schedule, no surprises or extra charges, and I was confident the rug would be just fine the entire way. Do recommend!

The real deal... rug nerds who love to help people keep their rugs looking clean and cared for. I've had three flat weave hard-working rugs cleaned and repaired here. Also replaced the non-skid pads. The cost is reasonable, service is excellent and informed, and my rugs look new again- ready for another year or two of hard use.

Fantastic! Renaissance did a super job on 5 of my rugs - persian, afghani and turkish. Their work is meticulous and very reasonably priced (especially compared to several of the other rug cleaners/repairers in town.) They gave me a little tour of their facilities, which was fascinating, and which clearly showed the individual attention they give to each rug. Plus, their turnaround time is great. If I could give them ten stars I would!

Randy & his assistant showed up right on time. Their artful, very efficient technique for taking rugs out from under heavy furniture was fascinating to watch. The cleaned rugs almost glow and their process for putting them back in place was as impressive as the removal. We're very happy with the results and pleased with the new thinner, non-skid pads on the hallway runners.

We have used Rnaissance many times had have always been very happy with their work. Not only have we had carpets cleaned but also repaired and appraised. I especially appreciate their knowledge of oriental carpets. I recently had antique carpets appraised that were purchase many years ago in Iran for my brother's estate. Their knowledge is amazing.

Recommended by our vet due to furry companion little accident on our Karastan wool rug. Called Jennifer to inquire about it. She was super helpful and I ended up bringing our rug in to be cleaned. They completed it in a week, it looks great and at pick up the other lady (name slips my mind) was super helpful about providing us with a pamphlet about how to treat different kind of stains with which kind of process/cleaners in case something like this happened again. Delightful person and quality customer service.

Renaissance rugs have done great work on my rugs! One needed the fringe replaced and they got a match better than the previous repair- and within budget!
They are true to their word on being timely too. I have more to go soon 😃
