While this business may be great at cleaning windows, they sure aren’t at social distancing and mask use. I was frustrated to see a ton of employees gathered around in the parking lot extremely close with none of them wearing masks. Things like this are just irresponsible at this point.

Cody always leaves our windows streak-free to the point we almost walk through them. Even the birds are confused!

When I originally called this company, I asked in particular if they have the equipment to do high windows, as we have several very high and hard to reach windows. Both the woman on the phone and the man who came out to the house to give me an estimate (and who walked around and looked at all the windows) stated that they did indeed have the proper equipment. My appointment was a month out, and I was excited when the man finally arrived on time on the day specified. However, when he saw the house, he told me he wasn't prepared to do the high windows! He said the company doesn't own equipment to do high and hard to reach windows! And to make matters worse, even though I offered to pay him the full amount of the contract to clean the windows from the inside and the outside windows he could reach, he said "NO" and walked out. Even after calling the office to find out what happened, I was not given a reasonable excuse as to why the cleaner could not have done the insides of our windows and the outsides of the windows he could reach when I was offering to pay him the full amount of the contract. I still don't understand the reason, but will not work with this company again.

Fish Window Cleaning is my go-to window cleaning service. They've cleaned my windows twice and their cleaners did a great job both times.

Grant did a great job on our office windows. Took his time and the windows have never looked better!

Had outside windows done today. Overall satisfied, however, I believe back b/r window was not done. Nice they came out in spite of virus. Hope young employees will be provided with masks for indoor jobs though. Esp. If people are inside are in the house.

1. Your front office staff sheduled me for June but wrote down the appointment in July even after a verbal confirmation. 1st no show
2. Your front office staff did not offer additional premium cleaning service options even after I explained this was a remodel cleaning.  I would have gladly paid for them had they been offered.
3. I contacted your front office staff to inform them your cleaners were a 2nd no show. No clue why. Phone back with no resolution other than another reschedule even though staff were available.
4. It was necessary for me to clean all tracks AFTER your window cleaner as brown water remained both on the sill and in the tracks.
5. Owner wrote back to concerns with excuses rather than ownership of problems. Disappointing
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Unprofessional, poor customer services. Fish Window was hired to wash windows for our HOA. They were a 'no-show' the first time, cancelled the second, and finally the third time they cancelled the day of despite having confirmed the day before. It's now the middle of the summer, and the 30 homes in our HOA still have not had their windows cleaned.

Buyer beware- they may have lower prices but they are not worth the hassle.
