Worked with this company for many years and they do an amazing Job!!

This was my first experience using Fish Window Cleaning and a very positive one. From the first contact when calling in until the job was completed, I was received with courtesy and respect. Bryan was excellent, on time, and very thorough. I only wish I had started using them sooner!

Easy set up and completion of services!

I called them on 7/12/23 to clean my windows and they sent out a guy to give me an estimate. I never got my estimate so then another guy came out and I finally got an estimate. On the day of my window cleaning (8/17/23) nobody showed up! I called them when they were 20 minutes late and was told they had a "mix-up" because there were two guys with my first name and they got confused. Meanwhile, nobody ever called me to return my messages. I finally threw up my hands and said "Let's forget this" and I had to find another window cleaner. This place seems very unprepared and not professional at all. I used to work in sales and customer service (now retired) and this makes no sense to me at all.

Cody was awesome. He does a great job on all the windows inside and out.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I would give them NO STARS if I could. I reserved a spot almost a year ago to do my windows inside and out. They called twice reminding me about the appointment, which was great. When the day came, I had a 8 am on Monday July 1st. We waited 40 minutes and nobody showed up. So, I called, the lady said that she would call me right back to let me know what was going on. Waited an hour, she still didn't call so, I called again. I got a hold of her...She couldn't locate the worker so she apologized and said she needed to reschedule. Okay how about Friday July 5 at noon? She said fine she'll have her Operations Manager come out and clean the windows himself.
Thursday July 4th comes around and I get a call at 7:54 am saying they are here to do my windows! I told the guy that we were out of town and that the appointment was for Friday. So, he left. Friday shows up, I call in the morning leaving a voicemail to make sure they were coming. Now, it's noon and NOBODY shows up. I wait an hour then called to leave another voicemail telling them, thanks for nothing. I hung up and called another company.
NEVER AGAIN. This company SUCKS for customer service. They shouldn't be in business if they can't keep an appointment. Its window cleaning not brain surgery.

Update:
They magically came today, one day after my original review. The man was very friendly and apologized for the delays. He gave me a very fair quote. I think I'm going to schedule and then will update my review to reflect the service.
Update After Service:
They came today and cleaned. The sills and wells were not cleaned, but that's perhaps my mistake that I thought they would be. I lost my original quote with details. I would say that overall they did a decent job, but not detailed or very thorough. There's spots on some windows, fingerprints on one, and a lot of water spots on another. For inexpensive maintenance of window cleaning, I'd hire them again. If I needed a very detailed clean, I'd look elsewhere.

I tried multiple times to use their service, but they never came to give me a quote. I called three times. First time they said it would be by the end of the following week, but never came. Second call they apologized and said people had been out sick and they'd get to it by Wednesday. Understandable, they're a small business. But again they didn't come. Third call they never returned. Online form was never responded to. I gave up. I'm worried that at this point if I do get a quote, will they show up to do the job?

Third time is not necessarily a charm. Fish Window Cleaning provides reasonably priced and quality service...when and if they finally arrive. My first experience was good. Professional and pleasant person. No complaints. Last year I made the appointment well in advance (and changed my schedule to accommodate a window of time.) BUT, there was a large job that pushed me out of the schedule and onto a Saturday afternoon. When the fellow arrived he informed us that he was afraid of heights, but no one else was available. HE WAS SERIOUS. He did a decent job. I called weeks ago to schedule for this year. Got my reminder mailing and call, and planned accordingly for a noon cleaning. I got a call at 11 saying they would be delayed until 1:30. While I wasn’t happy about it, at least I was notified. However, at 2:15 I called the office to ask where the person or crew was. They had no idea. There is obviously a lack of communication between the office and workers that results in frustration and inconvenience for customers. I sense that corporate jobs take precedence. For whatever reason, they do not follow through and I am done with them. There are other fish in the sea. Thanks to Brandy for trying her best!

Showed up on time. Extremely professional. My windows have never looked so good and trust me, I have a 3 floor town-home and it wasn't an easy task. FISH will be recommended to all of my family and friends. It was such a pleasure to have a polite, courteous employee who made sure the job was done right. Thank you!

Prompt, efficient, neat, thorough, and insured. The latter item was a huge plus, as I found that many of the window washers I reached out to were unable to provide any proof of liability insurance. Would use them again.

This service came to our restaurant, and scratched our windows. Whichever technician did the job clearly lied about following their protocol, as our windows were damaged. The owner came and inspected, and claimed there was no way they could have done it because of blah blah blah. Took no responsibility for it, didn't offer to fix it, and kept sending a bill for over a year until our credit was threatened. This service is a joke, and you should stay as far away as possible

I do need to get my windows cleaned so I thought what good luck to be in the car behind this! But as I opened a calendar note, the driver threw a cigarette out the window.

It's fire season and we are in a heated week with 100 degrees last weekend and this coming weekend. It's also illegal even when it's not fire season. If they have this kind of disregard, I don't want them anywhere near my home or windows.

Grant made our grimy windows sparkle! Definitely worth the money. We look forward to his services on a regular basis.
