We have never done business with Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Portland but we have been spammed with their e-mails advertisements for several months. How shady is that?

The biggest mistake I ever made was switching to this company. The turn over rate is astounding and the customer service is a joke. I had previously used Jan Pro and I wish I had never switched. The "cleaning" cancelled several times and most of the time I couldn't even tell they came. Management is unprofessional. I will continue to voice my concerns regarding this company. I hope to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake.

Cleaning after this company is like cleaning up after a natural disaster, all I can say is it must be nice to get $150 a week to take out the trash. They hadn't cleaned anything or dusted ever, or floors it was disgusting. Absolutely no professionalism or work ethic. And seriously you didn't even take the trash out but left it by the back door when the dumpster is literally only 12 feet away. SMH

We are very happy with the team that cleans our office, they communicate with us regularly and have been helpful with navigating COVID by acquiring the best sanitizing products and recommending new services with little to no additional costs. Yes they are a small company, but we prefer the attention to detail that we get from a smaller firm!

I have dealt with many different cleaning companies in my various roles in my career. This cleaning service far exceeds other companies over all others. Our cleaning team is top notch and extremely responsive. The biggest item of note is the teams attention to detail and their dedication to ensure a clean environment during the Corona Virus pandemic. They have continued to ensure communication is a priority and brought in new cleaning products and techniques prior to our requesting them and continues to ensure we have a sanitary office for our employees and public.

If you are looking for a recommendation, I would highly recommend them.

As Covid became an issue, Vanguard worked with us to schedule deep cleanings here in our office and warehouse. Very attentive to our needs here at work and the only downside to them coming in on the weekends is that I don't see them during the work week. They've always been very friendly and I enjoy talking with them. It looks like there has been some problems with "sp am" at some point. That's unfortunate because their service is fantastic. I'd recommend them to small business owners and that says a lot.

My Experience with Vanguard has been great! The office is very communicative & helpful and our office cleaner, AJ, has been great. He went above & beyond to deep clean some areas in our office that really needed attention and has been so communicative with me.

Our company started with them approximately two years ago. At the time our previous company had been dropping the ball and providing poor service. Vanguard's team came in and immediately identified areas of concern and spent extra time for weeks to bring our place back up to a professional level of cleanliness. They have provided consistently good service for the last two years.
