Do not hire this company to clean your business. They do not take care of their employees so a lot of the employees will steal from the offices or supplies from Millennium Building Services.

These guys have done a few jobs for us in the Portland area. They go above and beyond. Highly recommended. Ask for Koby and Ryan.

This is a very unprofessional, disrespectful, and racist environment. They believing in u set paying POC especially Hispanics . The woman Kimberly literally says the Mexicans will do it cheaper . Do not use this company for your business

The Team at MBS are the best. Our Portland building had been tagged with Graffiti on Windows and Brick. There was the worst possible messes left by vagrants. The Portland Police were called in to remove the last vagrants. MBS responded with the urgency that we needed and continue to take care of our building restoring it to look fresh and beautiful. Their operations are right here in Portland so you get to talk to and work with real people. I highly recommend MBS.

Millennium Building Services is an organization I would highly recommend for janitorial services. They are ecologically minded and focus on customer service and delivering on promises. Pricing is fair and with MBS you truly do have a partner for the long run that can help you building always look it's best.

Kindness and courtesy was non-existent in the first two employees of MBS I’ve ever engaged with. If those two are any reflection of this company, I would never recommend their business. Their knee-jerk overreactions can cost your own business customers.

The company truly is a regional power-player for any and all building-related contractual services in Northern Oregon and Southern Washington. Management consists of competent, professional, and dedicated locals who are service-oriented and committed to hard work and building solid relationships with their partners and clients. In the area, there really is no other company that can compete with the service that MBS can provide.

This morning 11/14/24 the driver of truck #23 decided to use the entire length of the Lloyd Center exit lane off I-84W to speed past about 80 cars before cutting in at the last second, and then proceeded to do the exact same thing moments later and cut in front of another 20 or so persons by racing down the I-5N exit and dive-bombing back into the line of stalled traffic.

I have never used MBS' services so shouldn't be giving a review, but I have to give at least 1 star for their strong sense of pride and self-importance. Cleaning carpets and desks must be more critical than whatever the average group of 100 Portlanders are trying to do and they should let Mr. Center of the Universe get his urgent duties done first! 👍

We have been working with Blake Sparks for our commercial property and are very impressed. They are detailed oriented, consistent, and prompt in response to inquiries and requests. They don't hesitate to go above and beyond. We would recommend them to anyone looking to have their property cared after thoroughly!

Don't hire this MBS! This company provides services to a business located on Swan Island, and their drivers are by far the most reckless and disrespectful I've ever seen. MBS claims in their slogan that "training and safety come first" yet their actions say otherwise.

Their drivers speed through areas where there are school, offices and heavy pedestrian traffic, blaring their horns aggressively, harassing and intimidating pedestrians. Anyone who dares to report their behavior is often met with even more hostility.

This particular driver has been reported multiple times by different individuals, even directly to the MBS office, and absolutely nothing has been done. It’s clear the company has no interest in holding its employees accountable or ensuring they represent the company appropriately when serving clients.

Avoid hiring this company—they clearly don’t care about public safety or their reputation

Mudtown did a great job cleaning my House before we put it on the market. Was a large house and it was looking brand new after they left. They also did a great job communicating (quick replies with regards to pricing, booking and cleaning progress day of) which made working with them a breath of fresh air! Would def hire them again!

Chris and his team have been wonderful to work with the past year. We manage our Airbnb from across the country and they are responsive, go above and beyond, proactive with any issues noticed, and give us piece of mind! Highly recommend!

Chris and his team are fantastic! I have been partnered with Mudtown for our Airbnb turnovers, and I am so pleased with their services. They are reliable, do a top notch job cleaning AND are detail-oriented when it comes to staging. We feel very fortunate to have gotten in when Chris had an opening to take on a new job, because Mudtown is a critical reason why we have had success with our Airbnb. Since they've started doing our turnovers, the majority of our reviews mention the cleanliness!! That's huge! 11/10 recommend.
