Snugs is great to work with. we did need to have them return on a pressure washing job, but they came back same day and corrected it.

Sadly, we experienced an unusually rude female receptionist who laughed at my disabled wife, while she was requesting a quote. We were told we'd have a quote emailed to us the next morning. Two days later....the quote never arrived. Bad service.

*We* followed up with a call, asking about the quote, and after the same female receptionist chuckled at my disabled wife, again, we were hung up on by the same rude woman receptionist. Zero stars for this sham business. Very unprofessional, zero kindness or customer service! I hope the owner realizes how rude the female receptionist is ... when she thinks no one knows or is listening to her.

I have been in property management for 40 years . We have used Snug Pro for decades. Everything from roof and gutter maintenance to keeping the dryer vents clean and safe for all my residents. I would highly recommend their work.

One of the best companies at what they do

Snugs services was happy to give a phone quote, but this job was not a typical location. They had no issues coming to the location for a quote and the price didn't scare us into looking elsewhere. This location was somewhat remote, but Snugs accommodated us and on time. Soon thereafter, they did the work on the graffiti removal. Would definitely recommend.

I hired Snugs to come out with their Snug-A-Tron to powerwash a pretty filthy warehouse. We were very pleased with their services and their customer service was top notch when we encountered a problem with the floor. It was swiftly and professionally taken care of. I will be hiring them again in the future should we come across a need for any of their services provided. You will not be disappointed.

We recently hired Snuggs to clean our office, and we couldn't be more pleased with their work! From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Scheduling was a breeze, and they were very reliable, arriving right on time.

The cleaning team did an outstanding job, leaving our office spotless and fresh. They paid attention to every detail, ensuring every nook and cranny was cleaned to perfection. The only tiny issue we encountered was that they turned off all our keyboards and mice without letting us know. However, this was a very minor inconvenience compared to the excellent service they provided.

Overall, I highly recommend Snuggs for anyone in need of a top-notch office cleaning service. Their professionalism and friendliness truly set them apart!

Hiring Snugs for a one off job for my company was a great experience. They worked with me on scheduling, were courteous and professional and Tanya who I dealt with on the office end was fantastic and wonderful. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again for any upcoming jobs we may need them for.

Snugs was hired to clean our gutters in January. Unfortunately we're now finding a lot of gutters that were untouched and never even cleaned. One in particular, flooding the crawlspace of a building. Will cost thousands to fix because the gutter was overflowing and water was pooling up around the foundation vent.
