Really great company! The property I work at had an issue with a tenant's dryer vent being blocked off. It was a huge headache but they were able to come out and figure it out. It was such a mystery to solve. The technician that came out, Lance he was very impressive. He was very organized cleaned up after himself paid close attention to details, super informative and went above and beyond in order to get this issue resolved. I highly recommend snug services but I definitely would recommend Lance for the job

The whole experience was a list of errors which they didn't seem to take seriously, it is pretty sad.

I hired them to do some graffiti removal on exterior marble cladding. I told them several people had already tried some chemicals and I gave them that list. They never showed up on the day we agree on and had a shallow apology. So we setup a new time and the techs that showed up used a chemical that was already used that is just relabeled locally. Ten of the companies I called knew the chemical was relabeled, so I am not why they didn't. They recommended another chemical that was already on the list 🤦🏿‍♂️, so I asked them to leave.

It really seems like the different departments don't communicate very well. Graffiti removal is a small niche business, if they weren't comfident they could do the work, they should have passed. Paying for there time is fine but the effort seemed below average.
