Swift Bird Gutter has done amazing work on my parents 1920’s craftsman house. Every year they clean the gutter, take care of any moss removal on the roof (house and detached garage) and cleaned the windows. The windows are original to the home, so they are quite the task, but Holly and Dan always make them look brand new. Their work and excellent customer service is unmatched. If you’re reading this, I highly recommend their services.

The rain snuck up on me this year, and I didn’t realize how clogged my gutters were. I called Holly and Dan, and they scheduled me within two days. Dan was out first thing this morning. He does an amazing job. The gutters are running cleanly now, and he meticulously cleaned up all the debris, even hosing off the debris on the eaves. He has been caring for my roof for three years now. And they both did my windows last spring. I am so grateful to have found them. And they are as nice as can be, too!

Very fast and carpet smells great. They were even able to add in my area rug and a spot on my couch that got pet vomit on it. He knew exactly what I wanted. Everything feels nice and sanitized now!

Failed to clean carpet, showed little regard of our property, poor communication, rude.

Things started off a bit shaky when it took 6+ calls to confirm our appointment, we kept being forwarded to voice mail during normal business hours.

We had water leak through the foundation of our basement and soak a portion of the carpet. Somebody from D & D Carpet Care came out to clean it, I don't know their name since they didn't introduce themselves and didn't speak much english. He hit the projector mounted to the ceiling with his vacuum wand after I warned him to watch out. He didn't acknowledge me or the event, just kept going. He started by spraying a thick concentrated line of cleaner down the middle of the area, then lightly sprayed the rest of the carpet. He followed up with the steam vacuum but was pushing and pulling it so quickly that it was skipping off the floor. He didn't spend any extra time on the area he sprayed with extra cleaner.

After packing up he just left, leaving the basement door open and without saying anything. I was waiting for a while wondering if he was coming back. Nope, he and his van were gone. I think he said a total of 5 words.

The room had a very strong cleaner smell, so strong it was giving us headaches. We used our little wet mop vac in attempt to suck up some of the soap left behind, it didn't get much of the water we sprayed down, but it picked up tons of dirt, dust, hair, etc.

If our property management company wasn't paying for the service I would be requesting a full refund.

Unless you love the smell of industrial cleaner and poor service, I'd choose another company to clean your carpet.
