We highly recommend Magic Mike's Heating and Cooling inc. Brian came out to fix our air conditioning problem. He resolved the problem during this visit and we now have a cool house again! He took the time to fully explain the problems that needed repair and the expected life remaining in our current system.

There is no question that Brian is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his field. When it is time to fully replace our system, we plan to call Brian at Magic Mike's Heating and Cooling.

He came on time, analyzed, fixed the problem, charged my debit card, and left. All one can hope for considering the cost seemed very reasonable and job done with friendly demeanor. Thank you Magic Mike’s!

Mike and Kellen were fantastic. My furnace went out on me. They were here the same day to figure out what was wrong and got me set up with a new furnace a few days later which was amazing since it was in the mid thirties and so very cold in our house. They were on time and got it finished before lunch

Great customer service from a young lady to set up apptmt. Brian arrived right on time for apptmt. Great personality and excellent background in regards to our mini-split. He ran a diagnostic and came up with no errors! I mentioned the main reason I called Magic Mikes was due to all their positive 5-star reviews on Nextdoor. Thank you ND! Then as we were we leaving my house I remembered to show him a pipe dripping water from the house’s cement foundation. I told him I thought it had to do with condensation on the mini-split. He said just a minute & put his hand under the dripping water, which was warm. Brian explained it was not due to the mini-split. He further stated it was either from a furnace, which we don’t have or a hot water heater leak! Yikes. Brian advised me to take a look at the water heater after he had left. With the help of my son-in-law to move a built-in wall cabinet which the water heater was placed behind.... yes it was a leaking and will be replaced real soon! Brian not only settled my concern about our mini-split but also diagnosed a HUGE potential disaster with that heater completely failing & flooding our upstairs! Thank you Brian! You are on our speed dial for reliable plumbing when needed in the future. S. M.

Our tech, Brian, is VERY knowledgeable about HVAC and ECOBEE system. We had him come out because we were totally lost when having to program our ECOBEE heating and he was able to get it set up and running for us. Helped me program my phone, etc. Very much appreciated!

Service was prompt, thorough and got my furnace unit back up and running (better than ever). The replacement part was a little more expensive than I was expecting but that was probably nothing the company had any control over. The technician was friendly and patient with my questions as well as complete and understandable with his explanations.

Could the owner, Brian, be any nicer? I don't think so. This was my first experience with Magic Mike's Heating and Cooling. From the intake and customer service provided over the phone, to the actual in-home visit, Magic Mike's did a thorough job of assessing my furnace and recommending steps to take if we replace our old heater. I was impressed with Brian's knowledge and experience in the trade. He explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand. I would give this company a 10 rating. I'm glad to have Magic Mike's as a resource and I will recommend the company to anybody who needs a resource for heating and cooling.

The owner sold a heat pump to us while he was working for NW Mechanical. NW Mechanical closed down their residential services department shortly after our 1 year installation warranty was up. The heat pump wasn't maintaining temperature and we called them. They wouldn't send someone out. We called a repair service. They came and diagnosed an installation problem and recommended we re-contact Pacific NW Mechanical. They said our warranty was up and their hands were tied. They connected us to Brian Castleberry, the new owner of Magic Mike's. Even though he was no longer associated with PNM, he gave us a call and straightened things out on his own. The problem was resolved to our satisfaction. He has integrity. We were impressed.

Amazing response. Had the necessary paer on board and fixed my A/C in a heat wave. From call to repair less than 4 hours. I rate them 15 on a scale of one to ten! Price was extremely reasonable as well. 👏
