I can’t be more disappointed in Pyramid. A few years ago, we bought one of their most expensive furnaces and even purchased a maintenance plan. This morning our furnace went out and the heat is off in our house - having a newborn and a 2yr old means that it was urgent to get the heat back on. Pyramid gave me the runaround all morning saying that “someone would call me back” several times and I just got my answer 5 hours later - they can’t send someone until the next business day (2 days from now!). So what am I supposed to do about having no heat in our house with two young kids?? The lack of communication and empathy was staggering and now I have to find another solution even though Pyramid installed our system. If they had just told me sooner they had no options, I could have scheduled someone else already. What a terrible experience.

They installed our system four years ago and never gave me a run through of the system or how it works. There are vent fans in hallways that don't do anything and have no power running to them. We have rooms that are very cold and others that get way too warm. The furnace intake is in the basement, so it just circulates cold air when we're heating with our wood burning stove.

It took three phone calls over two weeks, with two promises for a callback, for someone to finally tell me that they can't provide service because I live in Washington. Said they can't even answer my questions about the install that they did.

1/5 stars, do not recommend, based on poor customer service and what I can only assume is a bad install on a three story home with wildly uneven heating and circulation in all rooms.

Keith did an awesome job! Prompt and efficient! The system was under warranty. Issue solved and the house is warm!

Robby was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have worked with many contractors and subcontractors and Robby is definitely the best. He took time to explain things to me and was a pleasure to work with.

I had been told by another company I needed a new furnace. I couldn't afford their estimate. I had used Pyramid in the past so I asked them to come for an estimate for a new furnace and to add air conditioning. Kyle was very good at checking everything and gave me a much more reasonable estimate.

They installed our HVAC system and we only trust them to do the regular servicing. Additionally, we have a challenging, open-format split level home, and they designed exactly the system needed to keep us warm and cool the way we desired.

Randy Smith and the team at Pyramid helped us out last year when we needed to replace the furnace and AC durning the hottest part of summer. We had our 1 year equipment heath check today and everything checked out great as expected. Thank you, Pyramid!

Water heater died right before Christmas, Pyramid Heating and Cooling responded same day and patched a fix pending arrival of parts. Hot water is flowing! Technician was professional and competent and saved the day. Gotta say experience was typical of work we’ve had done by Pyramid over the years!

Deon from Pyramid came out to inspect our 5 year old furnace. Another company, Sunset, sent someone a week before, who lied about the state of our furnace and tried to sell us a new one. I was very happy to work with Deon and Pyramid. I felt I got a thorough, quality inspection. It's obviously a relief to know I don't need a new furnace! Will be calling Pyramid and Deon again in the spring to look at the A/C.

I’m not one for writing bad reviews. I’ve owned and operated a business going on 30 years and understand the importance reviews are to a business. However, Pyramid has absolutely earned this one star review.
Pyramid installed a brand new Ac unit for my new home in 2021. This year the system has failed completely. I called and paid for a diagnostic a few weeks back. The technician mentioned there is a leak at a fitting going into the condenser. There is absolutely no reason for the leak other than a bad install. Review picture of leaking fittings at the compressor. These fittings should not be discolored. The black fittings indicate oil in the Freon has leaked and discolored the fittings. They all need to be repaired. I’ve tried to resolve this issue with Pyramid. They want $3800 to perform a repair for their bad installation. This is half the price of a complete installation.
I’m absolutely being taken advantage of by this company. My next step is to contact our home builder and CCB board if this issue has not been resolved.
Pyramid, do not simply respond with a generic statement to call you. You have my information and I’m expecting a follow up from you.

Deon did a great job performing yearly preventative maintenance and descaling of my Navien tankless hot water heater. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

In addition, in October 2025, I had Kyle as a project manager/estimator for a new job to provide estimates for installation of a new gas furnace that would work in my home, duct work, and other things associated with installation of a new gas furnace. Kyle was outstanding and was honest and tried to find the best solution to fit my needs and household heat issues. He provided outstanding responsiveness to me as a customer and answered questions and concerns, He came up with solutions, and worked very hard to offer bids that were needed for my home within the parameters of what could be offered by Pyramid and at different price points.

We had a problem with the online scheduling. I waited at home for them to arrive and called 15 minutes after the arrival time window closed.
I was rather disappointed because I took the day off work to be present for the appointment.
My complaint was escalated to Victor. He handled the situation with humor and kindness. He had a technician come to my home the same day, after hours ( normally a much higher rate) to complete their appointment the same day.
I have used them before- for the install and service of my AC and furnace. They do not disappoint! They have my loyalty because they made a wrong, right!
It’s one thing to receive a 5 star review when everything went as expected, it’s another level when a company overcomes a problem or complaint.

I had a carrier furnace and AC unit installed around 2018. Since then the support from Pyramid heating and cooling has been great. From routine maintenance to repairs they are always quick to respond. Tyler performed an inspection and maintenance on our system today. He was very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything in detail.
I would highly recommend Pyramid heating and cooling for your HVAC needs.

After getting multiple estimates, we chose Pyramid to do our ductwork, getting rid of ducts in the crawlspace and installing new ductwork in the attic. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Levi was engaging and professional, and kept me informed of progress every step of the way. They worked cleanly and quickly, and I am looking forward to finally having heat in my upstairs office.

Pyramid is great. Easy to deal with, honest and the do really nice clean work. The crew that can to my house was very considerate. Their work space was clean and organized and they put up with my annoying little dogs! My new system is working great.

Keith showed up on time and was very pleasant. He was efficient and worked quickly. Price was very reasonable. I’ve had Pyramid service my furnace at three times and that’s why it’s still in good shape!!

Kaden Bliss came out bc of a water leak I had noticed under the inducer unit. Anytime something happens with a major appliance like this I instantly think of the worst case scenario and thousands of dollars going up in smoke. Kaden quickly realized the issue…a clogged drain port from the condensate that forms from these ultra high efficiency furnaces and quickly remedied the issue. Pyramid only charged the minimum call charge. Thank you Pyramid!

Highly recommend. Super knowledgeable and helpful staff. These people really know their stuff and are happy to explain it to you in plain and simple terms. Cost is reasonable considering this level of care. Pyramid is my first call for anything HVAC.
