Chris and Ted Baumer were professional, knowledgable, affable, and reasonable. They did an excellent job with diagnosing and fixing my mother's heating and air unit. They have a customer for life.

From the second we contacted Baumer’s to request a quote for a new HVAC system, we were incredibly impressed with their promptness, customer service, and workmanship. After months of waiting on a different HVAC company to come back and repair my unit I finally got in touch with Baumers and they have handled this job very thoroughly. Extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for all your heating and air needs.

Known manufacturer part keeps breaking, Chris replaced part with a more permanent solution and swapped out thermostat with one that was compatible with relay. Cleaned up and reinstalled previous installation lines. At the end of their work, Chris took the time to explain all that they did. They are reliable and trustworthy, would recommend every time.

Baumers came as a part of my Fidelity Home Warranty. They were kind enough to explain the problem and walk me through the warranty process so I could better set my expectations. They created a good resolution and explained what to look for in the future and what process to follow. Super professional and would recommend them to others in general.

This company will answer the phone when you call them. They never say how busy they are. I am very grateful for using their service. Baumer's will follow up with you with an email correspondence as soon as your job is scheduled and will follow up when the work is complete. Very happy with their service and will continue to use their services for all of my remodeling and restoration projects.

These guys are great. One thing that truly separates them is their honesty. They tell you what you really need, and they aren't always trying to get you to spend more.

I used them for an A/C repair last summer. They were fast, professional, honest and cleaned up after themselves.

I have had them out two times in less than a month (because of my A/C equipment issues not their work) and they are great! Chris is very willing to explain what he is doing and why. He explained all my options and gave me a clear understanding of what will probably be next. He was quick to come out for each service call, and he works efficiently. Baumer's is a great Heating & A/C company. The Tech is knowledgeable, efficient and speedy with repairs. We have an older heat pump that has had 4 separate issues at different times since we purchased this home, and they have always fixed it and made sure everything else was in good order in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend this company. They work very well with our Home Warranty program through Fidelity.

Baumer heating was chosen for me by my home warranty but I've been very happy with them. They have been very responsive, knowledgeable, and quick with fitting me in (which is especially nice when you're having heating problems). I've had a great experience with them from start to finish and absolutely recommend them.

Travis, Jennifer, and their team are responsive and committed professionals. They handled several different projects for us during our remodel - installed new ducting for our range and bathroom fans and removed our old furnace and installed a new minisplit system, just to name a few. Despite hurdles, they came through for us every step of the way. Highly recommended!

Let me just tell you, coming home late one night after a fab night to a busted hot water heater that was flooding my basement was NOT ideal. Orbit was AMAZING about fitting me into their schedule so I could shower again! They found a hot water heater that had an incredible rebate. It allowed me to get a great high efficiency hot water heater. I"m over the MOON happy. And let me just tell how happy I was when they showed up and it was two female contractors who did the work. Any company who makes sure to seek out and hire women is one I will make sure to support.

Contacting them during this summer’s intense heat wave, meant a bit of a wait for a house visit - but it was well worth it. We went over some options for a furnace replacement, and our guy explained the technical details in a way that regular homeowners could understand. Great company and service.

I can't speak highly enough of Travis and Orbit Heating and Cooling. I woke up to realize my furnace was not cycling on and it was 40 degrees INSIDE my house.!! He scheduled me in a full 5 hours before anyone else could on a day when the temperature was 19!! He charged my almost $50 less than anyone else quoted for a service call and I believe he worked harder at finding an ecconomical solution for me than anyone else would have. I still need to replace my furnace (obviously with Orbit) but Travis saved the day and my pocket book today. I couldn't be more thankful
