Chris (the tech) was kind, professional, quick at diagnosing the problem, and gave lots of important information about what was happening. He was able to give me details and facts about what was happening in a way that was easy to understand our system.

In spite of the high demand for help from around the Valley, we got an appointment in three days, we were kept informed about the progress of our service, and the team was professional and pleasant. And our A/C works beautifully!.

I highly suggest Baumer's after being an employee of a competitor and calling them for a service they quoted me $499.00 to fix it while i politely payed them told them i couldnt afford it, which was just my excuse for it being too luch my home warranty covered it and the bill that Baumers turned it was right at $200.00 my deductable was only $60 but anyways, Baumer is fast, polite, proffessional i strongly suggest them as an honest reliable company!! Thanks guys!!!!!

I wrote this review back in the summer and for some reason it didn’t post: Exceeded all of my expectations. He squeezed us in before it got hot out. He explained everything to me very thoroughly, and really went the extra mile, there were some loose ends from whoever was in there before that he tidied up and took care of. His charges were more than fair. I plan to have him back to do some ductwork repairs. Honest handshaking kind of a guy who does what he says he’ll do when he says he’ll do it.

I recently had him come fix my furnace, I called him at 8 o’clock in the morning and he was there at nine. I can’t say enough good things about Ted Baumer and his company. He didn’t even leave me a bill, I am going to have him do some other work on our rental end sure we will settle up then.

My air conditioner was 16 years old and on the day the temp hit 100, it decided to die. I called Ted Baumer and within an hour he had a technician at my home for a diagnosis. I was given 3 options and the following day contacted Ted to let him know I decided to replace the entire unit. With the temperature as high as it was, I asked how quickly it could be installed. The next day he had a crew installing the new unit. I am very pleased. The new unit is quieter, more energy efficient and the air is, by far, much colder. Before you give any other air conditioning company a call, let Baumers at least give you an estimate. They are fast, knowledgeable and absolutely no pressure. Baumers will be servicing my unit from now on.

There were quick to get here and were extremely helpful. It ended up being a problem that needed a plumber and they took a video for me to have of the crawl space where a pipe had busted. I would use them again in a heartbeat. 5 stars!

These guys were great! Responded to a warranty claim from our insurance company and we called them out later to help with a kitchen vent. I highly recommend them!

Chris was professional, patient with all my questions, and quick to come out and address the problems we were experiencing. Baumer’s was assigned to us through Fidelity Home Warranty and I’m glad they were. I will continue to use Baumer’s even when I decide not to have the home warranty.

Ted is an intelligent repair man who will take the time to find and fix the problem. I have been using him for 17 years to maintain my heat pump, and have always been happy with his work, how quickly he responds if it is urgent, and how professional he is.

Baumer’s showed up when they said they would and got right to work. Had to order a part and returned the next week to install it. Heat pump seems to be working fine now. We were given a home warranty program with the purchase of the house.. I figured it was worthless as most of them are but Baumer’s was in the network and so warranty covered the repair. Score!

This is a very good established family business. I have used them since 2003. They stand behind their work and they do good work. I have used them between 3 different homes. I would have no problem recommending these people.
