Aaron H and Devin came out to do an A/C install on top of our existing furnace. They arrived right at 8 AM, were incredibly professional and did an outstanding job with the installation and answering all the questions my wife and I threw their way. Would highly recommend them, and we plan on using them again for our future A/C and HVAC needs!

Owners Travis and Jenn are total pros who understand the big & small ways to provide extraordinary customer service. The onsite crew members were friendly, fun, punctual and hard working—a pleasure to have in our home. They installed an HVAC & Air Filtration system and worked doggedly to dismantle and remove our old beast of an oil furnace. I especially appreciate that they hire & refer women and BIPOC professionals in the field. And their social media presence is unparalleled—witty, informative, helpful and interesting. Orbit is a unique company and really stands out.

Orbit replaced an oil furnace with an electric heat pump system for me as part of a home purchase. I got bids from several vendors, and Orbit offered the best product (American Standard) at a great price. It's been really easy to get any questions answered since that time.

The Orbit team is responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and common sense oriented. Our job was very small (basically a minimum) but they treated it with importance and made sure we got what we needed. Recent snow and ice disrupted original plans, but the Orbit team got things back on track quickly and easily. I would absolutely hire Orbit again for future HVAC needs.

We purchased a central air conditioning system through Orbit a couple of years ago when we bought our new home and it has proven a fantastic investment. As recently as a couple of days ago, I gave them a call because I had some questions about changing filters in light of all the smoke in the air right now and the woman I spoke with was extremely helpful. Great service always comes quickly to a rescue! These guys are now my regular heating and coolings guys.
1st experience with them was for a second opinion on an air conditioning problem last summer after a huge remodel / addition to my house. They diagnosed the problem (failed water switch) and quickly fixed at a better price. 2nd experience this winter I wasn't getting enough heat to the new portion of my house. Quite stressful situation after spending so much on the remodel, but again they came in did some air balancing and duct repair and now my house is evenly heated. Extremely impressed with the how well they did and how pleasant they are to work with. Travis, Emily and Jen make a great team!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The hottest day of the year and my AC wasn't working :/ Orbit Heating & Cooling managed to get us into their schedule right away and fix the problem! They have really reasonable rates and are who we use to service our Furnace & AC on a regular basis. The best!

We came back from California after our Thanksgiving break to a broken furnace. We called Orbit and Travis came to the rescue. He was efficient and professional. I have recommended this business to my friends and family. They are reasonably priced too.

These guys are the best. They go above and beyond. They are great people, they do great work, and they are very reasonably priced. We've had them install a bathroom fan and vent it through the roof, install a/c, and install our nest thermostat. We first had them out to service our furnace and Travis looked at it and said it was just fine, no charge. Awesome. We won't call anyone else!

We got the AC installed by Aaron. I love that they are really responsive, and helpful. The price they give you that's the value, no hidden fees. The have an electric contractor that has a flat fee for installing the AC, great work. I am really happy with this company, we need some work done in the future and we will definitely will do it with them. They have become our HVAC company :)

I hired Orbit to repair my AC, which was incorrectly installed by a previous owner. The orbit team was courteous, straightforward, and prompt. They took time to explain what they were going to do and answered all of my questions. When we had a minor problem with the repair, they were able to come out the next day to diagnose and fix it. I would gladly hire them again.

Very knowledgeable and very nice technician. He was punctual and worked efficiently. He reviewed his findings and recommendations clearly. There was no attempt to upsell. I look forward to future interactions with Orbit in the future.

We contacted Orbit after our ancient AC unit died on the first 90 degree day of the year. Travis was very responsive, honest, and professional. We weren't sure if we wanted an AC unit or heat pump, so he gave us several competitively priced options, and he was happy to answer all of our questions. Installation was quick and they did a fantastic job! Travis and his assistant made sure everything was working perfectly before they left, and they took the time to carefully explain how everything was set up. They even patched some duct work that had rusted through. We will definitely use Orbit Heating and Cooling again in the future!

I didn’t quite realize when I was getting bids that you’re sort of in a relationship with your chosen company for the house’s life! I really have loved working with Orbit and I really couldn’t be happier with the service that Travis and Jenn provide. They are incredibly busy but their integrity and work is spot on.
I have a 100 year old house that had a wild furnace situation in the the basement (which 3 other companies told me was just helpless and I was STUCK with it- but not Travis! He figured it all out!)
I also needed a water heater (went tankless) and added central air. It absolutely required a bunch of troubleshooting after all the install to get everything up to snuff and Travis and his folks handled it like professional champs. I am pretty type A and they didn’t bat an eyelash at all my questions and they came back until it was all sorted.

I had never heard of Orbit, but found them on Nextdoor Neighbor with good ratings. I was so impressed with the whole experience and found them to be very honest and more than fair, which is generally not my experience these days with people who do work for me. I had called them for an air conditioning tune up/cleaning. Once Emily told me the bad news about my unit and what it would cost to replace it, I decided that I didn't want to spend money on a cleaning. Basically I have a rusted out drip pan and they no longer make parts for my unit. Unfortunately while Emily was removing part of the housing, a piece of my AC pump broke. She immediately came and told me what happened and said there would be no problem with the company replacing it at their expense. She continually mentioned how lucky she felt to work for a company who is committed to doing the right thing. She went to get the part and replaced it. I'm confident that it is a better pump than the one I had, and at no charge. All in all, she must have spent at least 1 1/2 hours on the job and they didn't even charge me for the call. Not only that, the owner talked to me at length about options the following day. These are good people folks and knowledgeable about their trade. Both thumbs up!!!

Orbit provided great communication and great service. Though we called on the first cooler weekend in Autumn when everyone else's furnace was also malfunctioning, 😂 Orbit was able to fit us in within two days of calling. Emily, the repair technician, provided good communication, updating us on time of arrival. She solved the problem quickly and was professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use Orbit again in the future.

We hired Orbit due to a recommendation from our Realtor to install an AC unit and tankless water heater. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They would throw the ball for our dog when he dropped it and they had time and were a joy to have in our home. When we had an issue with the HVAC water pump they came out same day and worked through the issue. We really appreciated that it is a small company and would often have the same technician as well! Jennifer was very easy wo work with on scheduling and other administrative functions including permits and payments. We would and do recommend Orbit to everyone who asks!

Communication and quality of work was outstanding. The new furnace and central AC unit Orbit installed has made such a huge difference in the overall comfort of our home, not to mention energy savings, that we wish we did this years ago. Well worth the time and money. Our project took a bit longer than they quoted, but that seems to be the case with all major house projects. Highly recommended.

There was an ongoing issue at my house with the furnace blowing cold air that another HVAC company (contracted through a home warranty) failed to resolve after seven appointments.

A friend connected me with Orbit Heating & Cooling and I wish I had reached out to them sooner. Just two days after an initial phone call, Orbit was at the house and got our furnace back in working order in a matter of a couple hours.

Emily, the HVAC technician who worked on the furnace, was amazing. Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail was really on another level. She explained the issue in terms that were easy to understand and went above and beyond to ensure that every potential contributing factor to the issue was analyzed and addressed.

The entire team at Orbit is professional, knowledgeable, and delightful to work with! So many of our questions were answered, and we were given some great tips by the team for easy DIY maintenance instead of getting upsold. We're extremely happy with the work performed to our system, and Emily even caught an issue with our drainage on the AC during maintenance that could have led to a much bigger disaster! We're happy to have their number and know they'll do a great job when we do decide to update our multi-decades old cooling system.

I am very happy with how my Daikin heat pump system looks and operates. They did a great job on the install, working around the oddities of my house. They managed to not remove any of the detail work on the outside of my house despite the tricky install.

Even though one of the jobs (installing a range hood vent) took a bit of extra time, the Orbit team finished it up and its working great.
