I had an estimate done woth Barrett today and he was fantastic! He was very through and explained everything to me very well. He was friendly and got me a way better price than others I had talked to. Highly Recommend Sun Glow and Barrett!

Sun Glow is the best! Third HVAC company I brought in and the only one who identified and fixed my root problem. Also the cheapest (by FAR). And our technician was a total sweetheart. Thanks Jeff you all are the best.

We were very pleased with Tommy Hummer’s presentation and expertise. He was very clear in providing HVAC information, promptly responding to my follow up texts with helpful, detailed information. We were impressed at his supportive nature and felt completely at ease. It was a pleasure to work with him.

SunGlow and installer Cory far exceeded my expectations.
He kept me informed on the progress of removing the old furnace and AC unit, and then installing the new furnace and AC unit. The teamwork between Cory and Jaden was like a well-oiled machine, each knowing what to do without hesitation.

Just prior to finishing up, Cory went through the operation of the new thermostat which has WiFi Connectivity.
As they were working I had a few questions about HVAC.
Cory had all of answers and very easy to understand.

Cory is definitely an asset to SunGlow.
I will certainly be recommending SunGlow as well as Cory to be the installer.

Tommy handled himself in a very professional manner and quickly answered all of my questions. Now it basically comes down to whoever has the best price only because I'm getting quotes from two vendors that sell Carriers. The other vendor already installed one unit in one of the houses so we will see how it goes. But Tommy did an excellent job.

I needed a plumber to repair a toilet that would not quit running. I was told by other sources that they couldn't get anyone out to my house before Dec. 13th. Sun Glow had someone out to my home 3 hours later, the repair took less than an hour, and eveything was working agin the same day that I called. Definitely 5 star service!!!

Michael and Nathan were great! The process of getting a quote, followed by the installation of two toilets, went very smoothly and successfully. I appreciated the timely follow-through and the very professional and customer-focused work that was done.

Shawn was also great! He seemed very knowledgeable and very satisfactorily addressed the two (minor) concerns I had following the installation of the two toilets. I really appreciated the prompt follow-up and care I received as a Sun Glow customer.

Neil Walker (and his associate) did a great job with our recent furnace repairs. He and his associate were friendly and they explained their work as they went along. We are grateful for their assistance and would highly recommend Neal to others needing furnace repairs.

I had an emergency dealing with my outdoor hose bib and waste drain pipe that required to shut off the main water supply to my entire house. I reached out to Brian and he had a technician, Michael, out to my house the same day. Michael was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We booked with them after they sent over the quotes and scheduled the next day. Definitely made it work and we're flexible with my schedule.

Michael was able to take care of the hose bib first to have water supplying the house. Then took care of replacing the waste drain pipe.

I will definitely be using Sun Glow for future needs!

Jeff inspected all the components of our HVAC system and quickly diagnosed and solved a lingering problem: our very noisy heat pump. Thanks, Jeff. He Seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with.

When we decided it was time to replace our air conditioner and furnace, we didn't take it lightly. It's a very expensive undertaking and we did a lot of research as well as getting 3 estimates before finally choosing SunGlow. We chose them based on brand (Carrier), price, and Google/yelp reviews.

Good things:

- Pleasant customer service people
- Carrier equipment
- We have a functional furnace and air conditioner after a 4 month process

Overall experience:

- Inexperienced installation technicians (installed the furnace backwards and the air conditioner sideways initially).
- Unprofessional installation technicians: the main supervisor (Diego) actually left our house and slammed the door while we had a conversation with one of the other technicians because we asked him to stop interrupting.
- Lack of communication between departments (installers arrived not knowing we had two zones and without a second thermostat).
- Lack of knowledge about the equipment (only the manager knew how to work the thermostat)
- Poor brand representation: we only saw one truck that actually had the company logo - the others had different company names. Even their uniforms often didn't match the company name.
- 7 days without air conditioning during the hottest part of the summer due to poor installation and lack of understanding (on the installer's part) about the increased electrical needs of the new unit.
- Did not believe and argued with our concerns: the upstairs thermostat read 5 degrees off from 3 other thermometers in the same room next to the thermostat. We were treated like we didn't know what we were talking about and had unreasonable expectations.
- Lied about damaged equipment: we pointed out our new air conditioner had a dent, and we were assured it was only on the surface/cosmetic, but they would replace the panel. When replacing that panel (months later), we had to point out the damage to the metal under the dented area. They did end up replacing the entire unit once we insisted upon it.
- Promised extra services not fulfilled: the company they subcontracted with for duct cleaning was unable to go up/down stairs, so they only cleaned the main floor. We were told we wouldn't be charged for this, but had to call and have the charge removed when the final bill was received.
- 3 failed inspections: inspectors mentioned the work was low quality, they had never heard of the company, and were surprised at the level of the work.
- Emergency services: after one of the many full days of fixes and repairs, the technicians forgot to plug the thermostat back in and we had to have a technician on emergency call come out to fix it so we could use the equipment
- Luckily my spouse works from home, because there were 10+ days in the 4 month period we had to be home for installation, repairs, corrections, and inspections.

According to our contract, we are not supposed to write a negative review without first speaking to the owner (David). I requested to speak to the owner twice: once I got called back by Tristan (the installation manager), and the second time I got Chris. I told Chris I was going to write an unfavorable review and he said contact with him would suffice as he normally handles these concerns on the owner's behalf.

Matthew was very professional at every level, he took the time to diagnose our heater system. He brought with him all the tools to figure out the problem. He explained step by step what need it to be done to fix the problem. We didn't have any heat but he was kind enough to temporary get us going into we fix the problem after the holidays. Matthew definitely deserves a five star. Thank you Sun Glow Inc, for sending us the best of the best.

Furnace started vibrating and wouldn't start. First week of December and the weather had changed. I got it to restart and Sun Glow sent Matthew the next day. He spent an hour and a half inspecting the system. Everything checked out with the exception of the draft inducer motor. Looks like we will need a new one soon. Sun Glow told us when to expect them and what it would cost. Both the timing and the price were spot on. Matthew was competent and careful.
They both get 5 starts!

Jarrod Williams of Sunglow provided a competitive estimate and exceptional service in the installation of a quick connect on our gas line for a backup generator. He readily answered all questions and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. I’d recommend him highly for any future work.

Michael McVey came to my house to give an estimate for the leak in a pipe to my house. He was on time, professional and very personable. His description of what needed to be completed matched what I thought was a reasonable plan. I felt the bid amount was also very reasonable. He retuned a few days later to complete the job. He was efficient and was very neat. He completed the job in a timely manner and I was billed for the original estimated amount. I would highly recommend Sun Glow Plumbing and especially Michael McVey.

Had a sump pump fail in December and Sun Glow was able to get a technician out quickly to estimate the repair. They communicated well when scheduling the service and notifying when they would be on the way. Shawn was quick and great with the repair.

I initially had a poor experience with the technician who was assigned to my service, but Sun Glow responded to this immediately. They did an excellent job taking my complaint seriously, and in place of the other technician, they sent Matthew, who was fantastic. He was knowledgable, respectful, and patient. He answered all of my questions and repaired my furnace quickly.

Each Sun Glow person I interacted with (Carrie, Jarred, and Shawn) were knowledgeable, helpful, and solved my issues. Very nice and caring people. Jarred (technician) went out of his way to fix my issues. Awesome work. Price was very reasonable

Jarrod and the SunGlow team were outstanding. I needed to move a gas line in side my house and add a quick connect outside for a generator hook up and Jarrod did both - quickly and efficiently. Jarrod explained what he was doing, found ways to save money and meet all requirements. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Maddy from the back office team was a great communicator and very helpful in coordinating the permit process and explaining all the steps. I'd definitely recommend Jarrod and the SunGlow team!

Diego is a very professional HVAC specialist. Within a short period of time he was able to determine the issue with my Moms furnace within a couple of hours after arriving the furnace was up and running again. Honest, Professional, and Clean!

We had a small gas leak in our kitchen that needed to be repaired, and Jarrod W. did a great job for us... He arrived promptly, worked fast and kept the entire working area spotless. He was very respectful of our home's no-shoes policy, taking care to remove his booties each time he moved between rooms.

The work was done efficiently, and he didn’t try to upsell or overcharge us, just straight up, honest service. Highly recommended!
