Amazing. Down to earth and honest. Gave me 6 options to chose from, actually took the time to figure out my heating/cooling lifestyle to find an appropriate replacement for my 25 yr old system. Didn’t upsale me. Didn’t assume I was HVAC illiterate. Above and beyond service, even improving other venting pipes and repairing a hole that they didn’t need to. The team hugged when they left. There was laughter even though they were working in 36° windy conditions. Gave me a space heater to use until the installation was done. Jose and Barrett and their team = 5 stars, 10/10 would recommend. I can’t say enough positive things! Well done, Sun Glow!

The service technician was very friendly and patient, answered my questions. The part had to be ordered, it's a 48 year old furnace, but we were glad he vmcould fix it. About ten or more years ago two different repair companies told me that this same heater needed replacing immediately! Thank you Sun Glow for being honest. They fixed it back then, (Garoken did before the merge) and they're fixing it once more.

Erik replaced the flue to my new hot water heater and assured that the ventilation is working properly. Erik did an excellent job. He explained what he was going to do and the end result after he was done. He also installed a new smoke detector and carbon monoxide monitor near the furnace and hot water heater. Erik was friendly, professional, answered all my questions, and cleaned is work area. I highly recommend Erik and Sun Glow.

I called Sun Glow due to all the good reviews to inquire about system maintenance on my mini split heater/AC. Was quoted a fair price and Neal came the next day and performed the maintenance. One of the heads needed a more detailed cleaning which was scheduled and performed a couple days later. Neal was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I will continue to use Sun Glow. They have reasonable pricing and I really appreciated the quick response with scheduling. I Would highly recommend Sun Glow.

Highly recommend working with Ryan. He came to our home to provide us with estimates for replacing our gas furnace with a heat pump. He was incredibly informative and spent an extraordinary amount of time with us answering tons of our detailed questions (3 hours!!!)

Diego did an excellent job. In addition to required maintenance, he corrected an item that was done incorrectly at installation of my heat pump and provided really helpful explanations that I wish had been provided at installation. His customer service skills were outstanding. I highly recommend him.

I had a fantastic experience with Sun Glow. I got bids from a couple other companies that advertise heavily, and their prices reflected that. Both of the other companies were 3x what Sun Glow charged and their bids worked out to almost $500/hr. Sun Glow was much more realistic with their hourly rate. My estimator, Michael McVey, was very good and ended up being the guy who did the work, which I really liked. He was awesome; he was very professional and he did a great job. I won't bother calling anyone else next time I need plumbing done, these are "my guys" now. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jarrod, the gas technician was great - quick and easy to schedule with. Pricing was incredibly fair and he explained each charged item clearly. Polite, professional, wore shoe covers, cleaned up all mess. Happy to have a working fireplace now!

Long-time landlord here in the Portland area (over 30 years) and consequently I have had many opportunities to work with furnace experts. My long-time trusted company combined with Sun Glow heating recently, so my latest experience (late February 2026) was my first with Sun Glow. The furnace failed at one of my houses, and at 29 years old it was time to replace it. I called Sun Glow, and they were able to send a consultant out same day, thankfully.

My consultant, Arin, arrived right on time, and we looked over the old furnace. Arin was extremely knowledgeable about the application, and he discussed several options with me for replacement. The quote was competitive and was a perfect fit for the application (100y old house).

The installation crew arrived on-time the following morning, and in five short hours had the new furnace installed.

My entire experience with Arin and the crew at Sun Glow was exceptional and I couldn't be happier. I already have another project in mind ... later this spring. Thank you Sun Glow!

“Sun Glow sent out Jarrod Williams because I am a new home owner of an older home and the house gas line was showing some significant rusting. Jarrod was amazing and knowledgeable. I walked him through some future plans regarding some additional changes and he gave great advice on potential options and additional services Sun Glow can help out with. From what I saw the work he performed was solid and clean. He took the time to answer a lot of questions I had and helped to ease my mind in relation to the subject of gas and gas lines. Something I don't have a lot of experience with. My number 1 concern is always the safety of my family so having him take the time to listen and provide feedback was great. Never felt rushed which is a big deal to me. It's not comforting when it feels like someone is rushed to get to the next job or when someone gets irritated with the number of questions being asked. That was not the experience with Jarrod. He seemed to be an incredible professional and well versed with years of experience. Jeremy came out to fix my overflow on my AC it was leaking and he cleaned it and got it back and running and only charged me for the service call didn't charge me for any additional fees very impressed by his expertise and honesty.
