I work at a local bar in Gladstone and our walk in cooler temp was way higher than normal. I put a call into our normal refrigeration company and they told me they could not come out until the following Friday, one week away! Our bar was looking at closing down for a week until we put a call into Max Mechanical and Jeremy arrived on site within 30 minutes! He began to get started working right away and found the problem in less than an hour! The communication and professionalism along the way was outstanding. We now have a maintenance account set up with Max Mechanical and things seem to be chill 😎

Jeremy was very knowledgeable and it took quite a bit of problem solving to figure out our electrical problem with the system but he figured it out and got us up and running again! Our home warranty covered this fix so i cant comment on value/expense.

This is the company my home warranty sends out whenever I have AC or heating issues. Jeremy is absolutely awesome, and I will for sure be calling on him any time I have HVAC needs outside of the warranty as well.

Great company and HIGHLY recommend! He came out to fix our ac that wasn’t properly working. He made two trips to get the job done correctly and let mw know the proper ways to maintain our ac for a longer life. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Highly recommend! Furnace went out yesterday and Jeremy came out less than 24 hours later and was able to provide service and fixed it. Very thankful for the timeliness and solid service to help keep my house heated!

Highly recommend Max Mechanical. Worked hard all day (and into the early evening) to ensure our new a/c was installed properly. We really appreciated the extra time spent repairing work done by another company a few years ago on our our furnace so that a/c was set up correctly. We’re planning on having Max Mechanical come out to fix some other issues around our furnace this fall, and have already recommended company to friends and family too!

Jeremy was extremely honest, prompt, knowledgeable, and personable. He explained everything about our furnace repair and any options he saw, and then did a great job fixing it.

My Wife and I went 6 days without heat when our furnace stopped working and had another company flake on us for the scheduled appointment we had with them, and after multiple calls to make sure they were coming they promised they were just delayed and would come see us by EOD on their scheduled day which was a Thursday, and never showed up. We got ahold of Jeremy on Friday and he came out on Saturday and spent a lot of time trying to get our very old furnace back working so we’d have heat. Jeremy was super nice, very thorough and explained the problem and what he did to fix it, what he’d recommend as a more long term fix, but never tried to upsell us was just very transparent and helpful. Couldn’t recommend Max Mechanical more, very trustworthy and professional company.

Our blower motor went out with a whole lot of fuss, and we thought we might need a new furnace. Jeremy did a great job fixing it— no upselling, just a professional who let us know when he would be there, showed up when he said, and (with a few new parts and some pro installation) restored our home to warm and toasty.

Jeremy did an excellent job reinstalling my A/C unit after it was moved to make way for a new deck. His quote to do the work was 1/4 the cost of a competitor. He was on-time and honest on his assessment of my equipment. I will use Max Mechanical again!
