Jim was knowledgeable and on time, but his voice was really, uncomfortably loud. Like he would be 3’ away and speaking so loud it hurt my ears. I mentioned something about it and he lowered his voice for about 1 minute. Maybe he has hearing loss or something, I am still giving 4 stars. $190 and 20 minutes for a diagnosis without any repair did seem high.

Recently had Efficiency come out to assess our Furnace situation we were having. Our Furnace’s blower motor failed due to the age of the unit. They quickly arrived on site, offered us space heaters in the interim and a sales rep (Jason) came by the next day. He explained everything in detail gave us multiple options with zero pressure. Because we have Solar we opted for a Heater Pump for our house. Because it was on New Years it took a few days to get it installed. Their crew arrived with the equipment and did a fantastic job throughout the process. Really happy and elated with Efficiency Heating and cooling! Thank you team for your great service, support, and quality of service!

Jim the Efficiency HVAC technician did a very professional job at our service on 10/08/25.
He found issues that were affecting our heat pump efficiency. He suggested a thermostat switch to Ecobee and a surge protector for the heat pump. He implemented both the upgrades at the service. We received a discount because we had a 1 year maintenance program in place. Overall very satisfied with Jim and Efficiency HVAC.

I’m so glad Jim came to do my furnace tune up yesterday. A few years ago he worked all day in the heat to solve a problem with my AC. He’s a real one! This week he took the time to explain what the tuneup entails, and he listed some issues that could be addressed in the future, but no pressure.

Tristan did a great job servicing my furnace. He was on time, answered my questions, and made sure my furnace is good for another year.

My technician, along with the technician in training, took over 5 minutes to thoroughly describe the maintenance measures involved in the service visit and a full performance evaluation, including pictures and data. I’ve never seen that from a furnace maintenance visit before. Outstanding knowledge and service, A+ grade. Efficiency H&C has won my business.

Jim did a great job identifying the issue and solving it. Ended up being a simple tune up and filter change for my tenants, another company wanted to replace an entire electronic gas valve.

Jim is very knowledgeable and thoughtful with how he explains HVAC systems and any recommendations he makes. He found a static pressure issue on ductwork and made sure we understood what the issue was and lined up services to get the issue taken care of. I feel well cared for when Jim is performing HVAC maintenance on my furnace and AC.

Rob was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about the HVAC industry. He gave us some very detailed options for our 25 year old system. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed.
