Our furnace broke and they were able to run diagnostic on the same day. They didn’t have parts for our system immediately so it had to be ordered but was installed once received. We were happy that we got to work with Tristan as he was approachable and very knowledgeable. I will be referring Efficiency Heating and Cooling to our friends.

Jim was nice, professional and wore booties over his shoes in my house. He delivered bad news about my furnace, but I knew the time was near. He was thorough as he laid out all the options for how to move forward and get heat back in my house.

Seven and Kellen installed my brand new furnace. Mine died at 62 years old. Access to the outside had to go through a room to the backyard. All was hidden in the drop ceiling beautifully.
The guys worked efficiently and professionally to get it all done in a day. Really appreciate the job done. Would recommend Efficiency Heating and Cooling to anyone needing heat, AC or air duct cleaning.

Well, our furnace died. My son called Efficiency Heating and Cooling. We'd had no prior experience with them. And wow, was I impressed. They walked us through our options, helped us understand everything right down to the science of it, and were just so professional and polite every step of the way. We went with a heat pump which, after various rebates (with complex paperwork that they totally handled) was cheaper to install than a furnace w/ conventional AC, AND much cheaper to run. We made the decision on Friday, the unit was up and running by Tuesday at 4:00. And, again, the crew that did the installation was super pro, super upbeat and just a joy to deal with. It must just be the Efficiency Heating way. I don't know if you've ever had an experience like this but I kinda wish we had another furnace to replace just so I could spend more time with people who know what they're doing and take pride in their work. I kid you not!

Edgar fixed our AC unit, which was tripping the breaker. He was very knowledgeable and professional and nice, wore shoe covers in the house, took time to explain everything. Thank you very much!

Review of Rheem gas-pack model RGEA14024AJD041AA 14SR RES PKG.
I purchased the unit in February 2019. In December 2023 I needed a service call as the heating unit failed. The technician was able to get the unit going again and the unit functioned through the winter. This November, the unit failed again. A service call was made, and the technician was unable to get the until functioning, so a gas valve replacement was required to get heat to our home.
The life expectancy of the model is ~ 20 years. Mine failed in 4 years, and again the following year. The original gas valve was replaced by a redesigned unit. My opinion is Rheem knew it had a faulty gas valve. Columbia Heating and Cooling, who installed the unit, could have chosen to give a discount on the cost of the replacement valve which listed for about $200 on the Rheem website, instead charged $530.
The technician who fixed the unit was courteous. The woman who I spoke over the phone and texts, was efficient and answered all my questions. The Company dropped the ball and the manufacture produced a faulty product. I cannot recommend Rheem products nor recommend Columbia Heating and Cooling as they will not stand behind their product.

Columbia Heating and Cooling took my comments to heart and went back to the manufacture and got me a full refund on the gas valve. Columbia Heating and Cooling fought for me. I can’t ask for more. Thank you!

We have an AC unit that is approximately 20 years old but it continues to run so we haven't replaced it. It wasn't cooling the house several weeks ago so we called to have it assessed and if it was still in decent shape serviced. The service rep said it was fine but close to end of life, though we could get another season out of it, serviced it and it worked again for a couple of weeks then died.

We were disappointed due to the money we spent to service it, but also understood that it is about 20 years old so we called Columbia back to schedule an appointment for a replacement and they offered to credit us the service fee toward the replacement. Further, Marlena Jarvis came to assess the replacement and determined that we actually didn't need a replacement yet but it was simply the capacitor that had blown, a $90 part.

Very honest people with a ton of integrity. She could have easily said we needed to spend the $5k to replace our AC unit and we wouldn't have been the wiser. Further, for them to also offer a credit due to the servicing was very commendable. We have had a bit of a jaded view of the overall Service Industry lately but Columbia Heating and Cooling proved us wrong.

We had the best experience ever with Travis our salesman and their professional installers Ryan and Parker. They were on time and so efficient through the whole process and we couldn’t be happier with the results! We have always received excellent customer service and technical support from Columbia Heating and Cooling. We have been able to get emergency appointments and have had no issues with product installation or quality. We will continue to use Columbia for our future needs.

Does not honor prices listed on Home Depot website. I called Saturday and made an appt for Monday and was told they would honor the special just to get a call Monday that they won’t and the price is 3x the amount quoted on Home Depot site. They say that offer is “expired” but it still is up.

Excellent service and fair pricing. We have used them for a number of years for both our heating and air-conditioning systems. They show up promptly and are always courteous. I wouldn't use anyone else for HVAC service.
