Precision has been great with communication and fast to get everything done. My quote my simple and straight forward and it beat my other ones but 2-5 grand.

First service call with Precision after install of new furnace. Marc arrived on the early side of the appointment window and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. He was able to program the fan to a higher speed as I requested and also acknowledged/suggested an alternative filter to address a strange vibration sound coming from the area. That did it! Basically he’s a genius. Thanks Marc and Precision Air!

Nikita, Leo and Viktor were great! The installation of our new AC unit and furnace went smoothly. Nikita kept us informed throughout the process. Precision Air had a great price for both units compared to other companies too.

Maintenance call found a small leak in the refrigerant line. They were able to schedule a repair within two weeks. It wasn't an immediate issue but needed to be address.

We had install of new system last year and got a reminder call about the free maintenance this year as part of the purchase. I would have forgot and really appreciated it. And the technician, Samuel, came right at the beginning of my time window, was friendly and efficient!

We’ve always been pleased with Precision Air. Eduard was our service provider today. He arrived within the scheduled window and, like all other Precision Air technicians, was both personable and professional. We are both about 80 years of age, and Eduard went out of his way to be helpful. As he arrived, my husband arrived with several heavy bags of groceries, and he carried them into the kitchen for us. He needed a hose to clean the outdoor unit, and he took it from the garage and hooked it up at the side of the house himself. Many thanks, Eduard!
