Third try is a charm? After going to several other HVAC companies, I finally found one that was willing to fully diagnose my furnace system that was incorrectly cycling on and off, rather than selling a complete system. Hats off to Precision and I highly recommend them.

Mark was awesome, repaired our unit without trying to sell us a new unit we new we didn't need. If you want an honest repair technician that will explain everything they are doing, offer Thier company's services and still respect the homeowner. I will definitely be back for all of my HVAC service needs, thanks Mark, they scored when they hired a high end tech like you.

Denton came out to perform our semi annual maintenance on out heating and cooling systems. He was polite, professional and worked hard on his tasks. I’ll be requesting him again for our next maintenance services.

Had an AC issue right before leaving for vacation and Precision was the first call we made. They rearranged their schedule to fit us in and Todd was punctual, efficient and communicative in fixing the issue and helping us prevent it in the future. Happy customer and would definitely recommend.

We had a multi-zone heat pump system installed by Precision a year ago. Overall, it has worked well in year one of both a heating and cooling system = much quieter and generally more comfortable than the prior 15 year old gas furnace/conventional AC system. However, it has not resulted in a heating/cooling cost savings ... in case this might be a motivation to some. This review is about the 1 year free maintenance inspection. The tech (Denton) showed up on time, inspected the system and switched out air filters. It was great to have a free maintenance inspection bundled in with the system install.

Marc did a wonderful job with my annual furnace cleaning/inspection (maintenance service). He was polite, on time, and went right to work. I’m very pleased with his work.

Had my gas furnace replaced with a high efficiency carrier and AC installed. Edward and Viktor arrived on time for the scheduled appointment and got right to work. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks!

We have been very happy with Precision Air for several years. The technician who provided our service today was much quieter/less communicative than previous techs, but he did good work, and that's what matters most!

Precision was able to give a reasonable estimate and help us choose the best fit for a new AC for our situation. Communication with everyone was great. Installation was the very next day! Our installers were knowledgeable, polite, and professional. The job went well and they cleaned up everything. We’re really happy with the whole process.

We just moved to a home in West Linn and the whole neighborhood recommended & uses Precision Air. Yesterday, I called them because we had air flow but no heat. We were able to get a next day appointment. Todd came out and was early(which was great), professional, and kind. He was able to find the problem and fix it at the same time. Precision Air was very easy to work with when we switched from gas heat to heat pump heating/ac. Pricing was good, getting scheduled and installed was swift. Viktor and Ed showed up in the morning for the install and wrapped it all up by late afternoon. So easy, and the new system is much better than our retired gas furnace that served us well for 32+ years.

Chad and David worked very hard to make sure everything was the way it should be up to code etc. The way our house was built back in 1959 the construction had a lot to be desired, so there were some really tight spots up in the attic to work with trying to get the copper piping to wind in thru there for the a/c, however Chad knew what it took to make it work. They were both very kind and friendly. I would glady recommend Precision heating, and Chad and David as installers to family and friends.

Precision Heating and Cooling is INCREDIBLE. I called around a handful of HVAC shops regarding a specific system I wanted. Its called the Honeywell True Zone system. I got quotes from 4 different HVAC shops and Precision had the best price and knew the system in and out. They explained how it worked in depth and overall gave me confidence in them based on their knowledge. The system allows me to have multiple temperature zones in the house. No longer do I have to fight my wife to keep the house at 70 haha... now she can have the main house be 65 and I have my man cave at 70. We also added a few other zones. It really improved the efficiency of the system!

Precision Heating and Cooling is the BEST!!!
