For several years I have been using Comfort Solutions for all my furnace and air conditioning tune ups and maintenance. The technicians always do a great job. This year for the annual tune ups, the technician was Marcus Bernhardt, and he provided great customer service and seemed very knowledgeable, same as other Comfort Solutions technicians have done in past years.

After a not so great experience with another HVAC company I had to go in search of another. Mind you I just went down the google list and went with the first company that had 5 star reviews. Well, don't always trust the 5 star reviews. The next company I found was Comfort Solutions! I was really drawn to them since it mentioned they were family owned!

I gave them a call and Catherine picked up and let me tell you... this sweet woman allowed me to vent off and on for an hour because I was so flustered by the experience I had had with the other Hvac people. In addition to just listening to me she was very thorough on explaining rates of service, pricing on what we thought would need to be replaced and just all around empathetic and understanding. By the end of our conversation I felt as if I had been talking to an old friend. Thank you, Catherine. She also called our management company to help me out with the process and followed up with their response.

On the day of the service, Doug called to say how far out he was before arriving. You know when you anticipate meeting someone who is going to fix anything in your home and you are like, "I hope they have a nice demeanor and are friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy..." Well, that is Doug. He took time to thoroughly assess what was going on with our mini split, he said it could be one thing but wanted to make sure, and so then checked other things. He was patient with me when I asked questions (I'm that person that wants to understand how things work) and explained why we were experiencing what we were experiencing. He ended up installing a new pump and was so good at making sure it was working properly by testing it a handful of times. There was never a point during the time he was here when I didn't trust he was doing a good job. I hope that makes sense. I love it when people take pride in their work. You could tell he did.

I would highly recommend this company. I hope that people don't do what I did and go with the first 5 star company and instead look at the first 3 instead. Always go with the family run ones. I feel they take more pride in their customer service and work!

I'm a huge fan of Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling. Marcus arrived on time for our biannual HVAC service, and he was both kind and knowledgeable, performing the maintenance efficiently and neatly. I'm consistently impressed by this company, from the scheduling team to technicians like Marcus and Mason, who has also serviced our system. Thanks!

Incredibly throurough and professional. Marcus and Justin worked a lomg.day, and didn't leave anything undone. They explained the ins and out of the new system theater was installed and created a very comfortable atmosphere. Thanks to them both

They were prompt and professional, quick and efficient getting the job done, and spent the time afterward to walk me through the job and explain what they did. Just had a maintenance visit from Marcus. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. He explained some diagnostic codes that had registered on our thermostat and told us what to watch out for if we see them again. We feel very reassured by his service and are glad to have Comfort Solutions as a resource for looking after our home.

Our experience with Comfort Solutions was nothing short of stellar. They were the third company to provide us with a replacement furnace/AC recommendation and quote. The details, explanation, and pricing of the quote was excellent; the front office was responsive and incredibly helpful; the technicians did an amazingly thorough job. Seriously, this installation is a work of art. I would and will highly recommend Comfort Solutions for any HVAC work.

Doug, the tech that came to fix my ac, did exactly the same. He was polite, considerate, explained everything he was doing and how he was troubleshooting the problem. Very pleased with the service performed. Your technician, Marcus introduced himself, confirmed what was being done and got to work. When finished he told me everything looked good and that I would get an email explaining what he did and how the units checked out.

Working with Comfort Solutions to install a heat pump was an absolute pleasure all around. The team was very knowledgeable about the systems, the incentive programs, and the service was scheduled and performed in a highly professional and friendly manner. In particular, I wanted to give a shout out to my technician Marcus who did a really great job, and even took the time to explain to me how everything is supposed to work. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Comfort Solutions is a very reliable and friendly company. DOUG was a competent, professional technician. He made sure everything was cleaned and running perfectly. I had experienced good communication with the helpful staff members. I have the utmost confidence with Comfort Solutions services and highly recommend them.

The entire Comfort Solutions team was amazing! During a heat wave Doug worked late and made it to our house the same evening we called. Our AC was not working and before he left was had cold air! He was friendly and courteous. The solution was a simple part and they did not try to upsell us. Very pleased.
