From start to finish we were extremely impressed with the entire crew at Precision Heating and Cooling. They were so professional and their quote was exact and reasonable. They tested everything thoroughly and verified that all of it worked as designed. They were super friendly and helpful. They even brought a heater in for us while the furnace was being replaced. Loved working with this company and would highly recommend.

Viktor and Timothy did a great job installing my new heat pump. They arrived within the set time window and worked efficiently, completing the project (removing my old gas furnace, installing a new electric system with a heat pump, and liaising with the electricians) in six hours. They were courteous throughout, made sure drop clothes protected the interior the house (it's muddy in December!) and explained the system to me clearly when they were finished. After some initial scheduling and parts procurement challenges, the staff at Precision worked quickly to remedy the situation, which was appreciated. I would recommend Precision services.

Simply, Excellent Service! Brian, the owner gave us a very reasonable estimate, but also helped us with great advice regarding our furnace. Mason came to inspect and fix the furnace, and gave us a little bit more time before we need to replace it. Brian and Mason were very professional, knowledgeable and dependable. Comfort Solutions responded to my call quickly on a Monday morning. We had related that the A/C was making squeaky noises (not good) Marcus B showed up promptly and assessed and took care of the problem.

Comfort Solutions has a great team! The friendly and helpful appointment setter was an awesome first impression. Marcus B, the repair technician, got the A/C up and running in no time! He was so personable and knowledgeable. They installed my furnace several years ago and did a wonderful job with that too!

Mason arrived on time on 3/14, completed repairs on my ancient gas furnace and I have heat again. I've been using Comfort Solutions for yearly maintenance since 2012. For the past couple of years, Mason has been my technician. He is super competent, listens, and answers questions with patience. He is definitely an asset to Comfort Solutions and I look forward to seeing him annually for maintenance.

Of course the day the temperature creeped past 90, my AC unit stopped working. Desperate and figuring it would take weeks for an appointment, I looked up some HVAC companies and came upon Comfort Solutions. I sent a message and had a response the next business day. Jessica called from the office and was knowledgeable, polite and determined to fit me in the same week. And she did!

Doug arrived exactly as promised from an advanced call, then proceeded to diagnose and fix the problem. He walked me through potential issues but didn’t try to tell me the unit had to be replaced . He replaced a part, and was thorough by testing everything else to make sure there was nothing else that had failed.
Besides being very patient and personable, Doug was extremely knowledgeable and I told him that I will be using Comfort Solutions for my HVAC maintenance needs going forward! Thank you so much and will be scheduling for the next visit soon for the furnace !

After many months of being ignored by the company that previously installed our HVAC system, Comfort Solutions diagnosed and installed a new system. Justin and Elliot were superheroes! We have used this company for a number of years. Obviously we are more than satisfied with the level of service we receive. Today our technician was Marcus. He was efficient and informative. He showed us pictures of the work he did before and after since in addition to the regular service he also cleaned the unit of leaves and debris. He was a pleasure with which to deal.
