I've had difficulty finding a good HVAC company to service my furnace every year since my old "mom and pop" servicer closed. I have definitely found it now, with Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling. Setting up a home visit was smooth, efficient and courteous. Comfort Solutions tech Elliot came to my home earlier this week, and did a thorough check on my furnace and all its interior mechanisms, even taking photos as needed to "show his work." I will definitely be using this company again for yearly furnace maintenance.

These folks really went out of their way to help me repair and ultimately replace my mini split. All the people that I encountered along the way at this company were genuinely kind and went an extra mile. They were also fast, true to their word, reasonably priced and did a great job. I would enthusiastically recommend them.

The team was very professional, extremely polite, and did exceptional work. My wife and I appreciated how thorough they performed the assessment in order to provide an estimate.

We have been very satisfied customers of Comfort Solutions for the past eight years. In 2017 they installed a new Carrier heat pump in our former home. Last year they installed a new Carrier air conditioner in our condo home along with a Honeywell electronic air filter. Just now Marcus expertly installed a new Carrier gas furnace in our condo. Over the years Comfort has made appropriate repairs and maintenance to our HVAC equipment and that of our daughter. They only recommend new equipment when it is no longer economical to fix the old. Even then they don't attempt to upsell unneeded equipment. We highly recommend Comfort Solutions.

Comfort Solutions has been our go to provider for heating and air conditioning for over 20 years. Always professional and knowlegabke whether over the phone or in person. I highly recommend comfort Sokutions.

This was a very good experience. As an older woman Jordan made me feel comfortable having him in our home. He worked quickly and efficiently and cleanly. He explained the problems clearly and the solutions he was able to use to fix them. He gave reasonable quotes and had the tools to do the job. I hope he stays with Comfort Solutions for a long time. Thank you for getting our heating and cooling system working as it should.

What a great find. Really great people, super knowledgeable and efficient. We sent them a design and they plumbed the gas fitting and had great prices.

Professional, prompt, got the job done...Stevie had a wonderful personal demeanor...Jerry was up front on potential costs...all in all a great experience...especially after having been disappointed with the lack of response from HVAC companies I had previously called! 👍

Jerry was fantastic, he came out the same day to look at the problem which turned out to be very simple, did not make me feel stupid but simply explained how to avoid a repeat call out in the future. Highly reccomended :)

I strongly recommend NW Heating and Cooling. Jerry assessed the problem with my furnace quickly, found a relatively inexpensive part to fix it and did the work quickly. The heat is flowing once again! I always appreciate someone who's not trying to sell me something but just wants to fix the problem.

Jerry and Stevie squeezed in my appointment at the end of the day on a Friday, correctly identified the problem, sourced the part and had my heat on again by Monday. They are fair, thorough and would consider them to be model service-people.

Jennifer was on time and did an excellent job. Offered possible options for future maintenance.

Update on 12/21/2016:
Have Tony and his partner came to my house, diagnosed the problem and replaced the part right away. Everything is working now. Great service!

John did an excellent job. Repaired my ac fast. The cost is much lower than I expected. Highly recommend!

I called around Hillsboro and Jacobs, none of them could touch there prices. Also Jerry helped me and was super friendly. He was able to fix my problem over the phone. I need to clean my upstairs air flow vent. Ask for Jerry if you call them it made my expariance amazing. We live in Hillsboro and they were willing to drive out here to help us.

Jerry is the best. He fixed our furnace for next to nothing last spring when we thought it was going out. We called him today and regardless to this being a short/holiday week he made it by TODAY to help troubleshoot our old heat furnace. Turns out it was a thermostat problem, which he fixed and then showed me how to replace if it breaks again. He also did a once over on the furnce just to make sure nothing else was wrong. Also, SO CHEAP! Seriously, these guys are the best, hands down. Don't waste your time with ANYONE ELSE, call NW Heating and Cooling.

These guys were great! Had a bad experience with Jacobs heating way overcharging and trying to sell me on a service plan (you can check out that in my other reviews). NW Heating & Cooling came out and finished the job with very fair prices and friendly service.
