Travis and the team did a great job. Price was fair, work completed on time and as promised. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly, given the hot weather that was appreciated. All in all a very good experience. I would recommend Columbia to anyone who needs HVAC services.

Our mini split/heat pump install was completely seamless! Parker, Ryan, and Zac we’re so kind and clearly cared about their work. They were super efficient and informative about the entire process and answered all of my questions. We shopped around with several different companies and these folks were by far the kindest, most helpful, and most affordable. They offered the Oregon Energy Trust discount as well which mattered a lot to us. They even went above and beyond and helped turn out pilot light off on our fire place which they did not have to do.
Travis was also super helpful at answering all of my calls and helping me make the right decision for our home.
These guys are great at what they do, but most importantly they were super kind and easy to work with!

Selected CH&C for a furnace and central AC install after having reviewed 4 other local companies. They visited and spent time to review my installation, take the necessary measurements and knowledgeably addressed my concerns and questions and provide a detailed quote. They were flexible on install date and arrived promptly on the agreed date. I was working from home at the time and the install was close to their estimated time and was tidy and efficient. A professional and respectful crew. The sales and office staff also were helpful and responded quickly to my questions. I'd recommend Columbia Heating & Cooling if you need an HVAC installation service.

We love the whole team at Columbia. We have had them install full systems at our home and at two rental properties we own. They show up on time, do great work and their pricing is very good. They even fixed a furnace that another company installed at one of our rentals. The other installer made many promises to come back and fix this furnace but never showed up. I called Columbia and they came out right away, fixed the furnace ( a fan was installed backwards) and didn't charge us a thing. They were able to "warrantee" the work since it was a brand they also install.
They answer the phone, they show up when they say they will. They do great work for a fair price. What more can you ask for?

We had a gas leak and had to have our gas turned off, which is also attached to our water heater, leaving us without hot water. Columbia Heating and Air didn't have any openings for 5 more days but were able to switch up some schedules to squeeze us in for an emergency visit the same day. They were so kind and accommodating. Edgar was amazing!

Super company to work with from working with Marlena in the estimation process to the installation with Jake and Sai. These guys had an excellent process and they were very pleasant to work with. They had support in the electrical side from Bear Electric folks and they were also very nice to work with. I would give these guys a tremendous recomendation.

Inquired on getting a new AC unit added to an existing furnace.

This business was vetted on the NW Natural Gas website, so it was easy to trust this business. Staff was friendly and professional.

Getting a quote was easy, I put an inquiry online, and got a response the next day. The office staff coordinated with me on getting an appointment setup through text. Great follow-up by this team!

Travis was the individual who provided the quote. He was attentive on what was needed and provided many options to fit the budget. He answered most of my questions, even before I asked them. He was very accessible to answer all my questions after the quote was provided. Top notch customer service!

Ryan and his team were the individuals who installed the new AC and furnace units. They were all friendly and prompt to the appointment. They were great at communicating timelines. Ryan was able to answer all my installation questions and also explained how to maintain the new furnace and AC. They moved the items in the garage, which I thought was great! Jamal gave a quote two years ago as our nearly fifty year old furnace might need replacement and I wanted to be educated about the available options. Two years later the furnace gave up, Jamal had all the info so we quickly made a decision, received a firm quote and within a reasonable amount of time had the crew out to install. Ryan, Zach and Caesar in addition to an electrician installed both our high efficiency furnace and air conditioner in one day. The city approved the system with no corrections needed. I had a wonderful experience with technician Edgar! He came out in the early morning and efficiently repaired two of my units before the heat of the day set in. He was polite, focused, skilled, and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Jamal and his crew are the best! They were considerate of my work-at-home schedule, were professional, and yet friendly, and reviewed with me the easy maintenance of my new system. My house is one of those quirky remodels that has two different ducted HVAC systems. This is my second heat pump installation with them and I was so excited to make it happen after having the first one installed last year. They are SO quiet compared to my old gas furnaces. I really appreciate the more constant temperature levels as well.

Top to bottom great experience. Jamal was kind, compassionate, informative, prompt and even showed up on the day of install to make sure I was at ease with the project. The installers (darn it I wish I remembered their names) were great at a quick install, and walked me through what I needed to do on my end to keep the system running well for years. Pricing was competitive but the service was top tier.
