WHAT A POLITE AND KIND MAN! JEREMY WAS AMAZING! HE IS SO DETAILED, FAST AND EFFICIENT! I WILL REFER MY CLIENTS & FRIENDS TO MAX AIR HEATING & COOLING IN THE FUTURE!!

We lost heat about a week ago. And had another company come out to check out our furnace. Almost purchased a new one, but then Max heating and cooling came out through our home warranty (we forgot we had) and Jeremy got our furnace pumping out heat again! Couldn't be happier. We will more thank likely be doing business with this group in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Jeremy and Max Mechanical. He stepped in to complete a job that had ended up a mess because of a manufacturer's screw up and was patient, helpful, honest and easy to work with. I'm super grateful to have found him. Highly recommended!

UPDATED: I'm changing my review after follow up with Jeremy. Jeremy reached out to me today and it turns out, Fidelity National Home Warranty, is the problem in this situation. Jeremy gave an honest assessment of my air conditioner and made a reasonable recommendation to Fidelity. Unfortunately, Fidelity has not been honest and are making an unfair and unreasonable decision that is contrary to the recommendation. Jeremy has gone out of his way to help me resolve this situation.

SUPER disappointed. This company (Jeremy) told my home warranty company that a "flood" caused the damage to my 25 year old air conditioner. There was no flood....just 25 years of being in the Oregon rain. Do not trust this company....you have lots of choices...choose someone that will do right by you..

Jeremy was extremely thorough, professional and made sure to communicate exactly the issues with my furnace. He made the repair same day, cleaned up after and worked directly with my home warranty group to ensure it was being addressed properly. I would 100% recommend him, and of course use his services again. Thank you!

Jeremy was very friendly and professional. He was able to get to my house the same day our home warranty company contacted them, and got here earlier than expected. Wound up replacing two fuses for my A/C, which was covered by my warranty, and then recommended cleaning a filter and replacing a different part out of pocket (since it wouldn't be covered by the warranty). Both prices were very reasonable, and he had the equipment to do it right then. It could have been a miserable week or two without air conditioning, but because they were quick and well equipped it was fixed after a weekend. Overall we are very happy with the service, and will be using them again in the future.

Jeremy was great! Fixed my issue in under 1.5 hours, came to my house within 24 hours of initial contact. I will definitely use this company for all my HVAC needs going forward! Thank you so much!

Jeremy was outstanding, definitely went the extra mile to fix our AC, and I can't recommend him enough. First off, I thought I had a heat pump when I actually had a mini-split (new homeowner here) and even though that's not something he was authorized to work on he put in a request with our homeowner's insurance to keep helping, and then spent hours tracking all the lines until he found the tiny little leak that was causing our problem. Everything has worked great since then but if we ever do have another issue I'm giving Jeremy a call.

Jeremy was so nice and personable. He was also so quick and efficient. Due to his professionalism I will only use max air heating. Thank you so much Jeremey for making my home alot warmer this winter.

We needed our furnace/ac control board looked at and a solution was needed asap due to the heat wave coming. Max Air was on it! From the first call, it was like boom boom boom. I had all my questions answered, the appointment booked, and it was all done so quickly. This was the exact opposite of what I was experiencing with another company I was initially going to work with. I'm so glad I decided to reach out to Max Air. The technician (?) Jeremy was great. Super kind guy. Thorough and efficient too. I'd happily use Max Air again for any heating and cooling work.
