Orbit did a great job with our emergency furnace replacement and mini-split installations. They responded quickly to our messages and walked us through each step of the process, from start to finish. And everything is working great so far with both the furnace and mini-splits. We did have a little trouble with scheduling the mini-split installation, but we were able to get that taken care of. Overall, I’d highly recommend their services!

I work with Orbit for work managing properties, and they're always the best. I wish I had known about them when we had our own systems installed--it would have turned out a lot better. Their techs are the smartest and best. Love their work, and always call them first when we need a bid.

If you like to really think about things and get all the details while making a big purchase for your home, having a company like Orbit is the way to go especially if you live in Portland. We shopped around at a several places looking for an AC solution for our older craftsman home. Although many of the well-rated places with thousands of customer reviews were overly responsive during the initial sales estimate process, communication afterwards fell through the cracks often never responding to our follow up questions. A lot of the larger companies are located outside of Portland, servicing a number of areas and often use state of the art booking technology for their sales, but fail to establish real human based communication after.
Orbit Heating and Cooling, a smaller local business, who came through a personal referral, continued to invest in maintaining great communication throughout the entire process. Travis' initial estimate was concise and low pressure. He and Jennifer continued to answer all of our follow-up questions along the way. In addition to this, they use superior products with better warranties, efficiency and lower environmental impact. Their level of care is outstanding.

I loved working with this family owned business. One thing that was very special was the degree of customization of the HVAC system that Travis was savvy enough to come up with to help us optimize our HVAC and HWH solution and the value it provided. Super employees too - office & installation team. Very professional follow-up and communications. Love their text alert system. The results, both: heating and cooling are better than I expected too.

Sun Glow arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection. Two parts found to be needing replaced due to age. Very professional and will continue to do business with them. Very happy with my service.

Faint smell of natural gas in the kitchen that wasn't normal, NW Natural examined, concluded a non-hazardous leak and forwarded us to Sun Glow. Within a couple days Jarrod W arrived and was all solutions. Quickly replaced the flex-pipe and old connector, no fuss. Super nice. Our dog loved him. Would hope I don't have to utilize Sun Glow for a gas leak too soon, but no question that for this type of work, this company is on the short list.

Gerry arrived on time and explained the items he would check. He asked for the location of the two furnaces for replacing filters.

In one hour Gerry completed his tasks, met with me explaining what he had completed and invoiced me the services.

The folks at Sun Glow are very professional about their business. They coordinated "show up" time with my tenants directly via text, and sent me the invoice, of course.... and I appreciate them doing that!

Our HVAC system broke just before we sold our house. We were able to get an appointment with Sun Glow (who answered the phone on a Saturday evening!) just two days later. I love how you can track the location of the technician when they’re on their way. Diego arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, left for an hour to pick up the part, then came back and replaced it, all same day. And our house sale closed as planned the next day! Also Sales rep Barrett, was very informative and gave me options to choose from, not just the most expensive. He fit the options geared for my home. The whole team worked together well!

We really liked Erik a lot. Erik was very personable, very knowledgeable, made good suggestions, was very honest as to what we needed to do, because of him we will choose Sun Glow again for any problems in our houses.

I just moved into the 5 year-old house and had the HVAC system evaluated. It was apparent the previous owners hadn't done much maintenance during their stay and I wanted to be sure everything was in good order. Several issues were discovered (verifiable) plus new safety codes to be added. Erik gave options for different repairs with no pressure.

They helped me update my HVAC to a heat pump in my 1958 home, service my system, call me to schedule well in-advance and have been absolutely incredible to work with every step of the way. This is to thank Neal Walker, a service technician at Sun Glow Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric here in Portland, OR for the time he spent with me on 10/10/25 performing a maintenance inspection on my home's HVAC system. Great customer service and sent out a plumber within 30 minutes of calling the company. Shawn arrived and was very confident and friendly. He explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Definitely will use this company again if needed.

First time using this company and I am pleased. They are easy to work with and efficient. I bought a service plan that includes annual maintenance on the furnace, AC and water heater in the appropriate seasons. They caught something that could fail soon- igniter- so it can be fixed before getting stuck with no heat in winter. I appreciate that. I highly recommend Sun Glow.

I am a second generation customer of Sunglow. They are wonderful company great communication on time they get to work done and have wonderful employees. I want to do a shout out to Nathan who has been to our home for the last 2 to 3 years. I wish we had more people like this young man in our world. If you're thinking of having your furnace or air conditioning looked at or replaced I highly recommend them you will not be sorry
