I was pleasently surprised when owner Magic Brian arrived not dressed like Channing Tatum. Brian is a local man who brought more than 25 years of exp in the field with him. A great guy to talk to who went out of his way to obtain what turned out to be the root of the problem at a very good price, I did some looking while he did and was expecting a much higher quote, which let me know that he was the right guy. This was on 12/31 as well. He arrived, diagnosed, provided quote, left to pick up the part, the main board that controls the furnace which you can't expect him to gave in the truck, returned and installed all in less than half a day. I even had an off white mat I placed by the 25 year old furnace in case things were dropped, better than concrete, and it was as clean when he left as it was before he arrived. No pressure of technical speak to pressure me into a new furnace which itself was amazing. Pointed out a weak link and said that I likely had a year to go and told me what to watch for as signs they are getting ready to end their function.

I am in no way beholden to this company and the best I can say is I would absolutely refer them to my elderly parents without thinking or providing a second name.
I called back at the end of the day after deciding to have him check an issue with my water heater, which my wife reminded me of later and he returned on time gave it about 30 minutes of adjustments and then said., no charge. As I write this I almost don't believe it. I rarely write reviews unless I feel someone went above and beyond my expectations or just completely blew it. If your looking fir CT to arrive with a tool belt and a Carheart cape and tool belt, sorry, but if you need a guy who has the experience needed to get in and out efficiently focused on the job at hand not on how to inflate bill of the job at hand, I would expect anyone else will have the same experience we had. 5 stars for the conversations alone that did not slow him down from his task. I continue to be impressed by Pyramid. From the initial estimate to the original installers, the office staff, and the technicians who come to service our split, we've had nothing but excellence. Polite, professional, and just really nice men and women. I have no hesitation to recommend them publicly, and I'm disappointed in myself that I forgot to do this after the installation. Better late than never I suppose, and if you're intending to get AC and heating in your home give Pyramid a chance to impress you as well.

We’ve used Pyramid a few times now. We’ve been very happy with the speed, courtesy, and quality each time. They do charge fees for diagnostics, but they are very upfront about them and their work has been well worth it in our experience.

Most recently we had Keith Jacoby out to investigate a possible minor gas leak and for routine maintenance on the AC unit ahead of a heat wave. He located the leak and fixed it quickly and worked on the outside unit. He was professional and great to work with.

We’ve been loyal customers and based on this last experience we will continue to be!

Pyramid Heating made it easy to make an appointment. We are on an annual maintenance schedule which I recommend. They will stay on top of all of your maintenance needs and you will have priority. This is also importance if you have an emergency. Our technician, Keith, was professional and friendly and easy to work with. I highly commend this company.

Pyramid HVAC was here today to do thorough (semi-annual) heating and cooling systems maintenance. Deon Kishpaugh was the technician. He did a fantastic job. We hadn’t had any specific problems but it’s important to keep these systems running at peak performance. Deon explained what he was doing and what he saw. I highly recommend him and will ask for him the next time I need service.

Pyramid came onsite today for their annual inspection/cleaning of our HVAC system and I am, as usual, delighted. Deon K. performed our service this year and was personable, professional, and explained and documented what he did well, with great attention to my comfort level and understanding level - didn't dumb it down too hard, didn't talk it up too hard - and I have every confidence that my system will be AOK the rest of the year.

Tyler was great. He helped us identify the issue with our mini split and he quickly ordered the parts we needed for the fix.

Deon is a Rockstar! We did an installation of a new carrier heating and cooling system a couple of years ago in a very tight attic space that Levi installed. Thank you Levi! We are still amazed that the unit was able to be creatively placed in such a small space. Deon came to our house today for a maintenance of our heating and cooling systems . He was on time, asked really great questions, and provided us with very useful information about our systems. Super friendly guy who represents your company very well.

Randy was very professional and personable. He addressed our issue and explained what was the cause. He performed the maintenance on our furnace in a reasonable amount of time. Pyramid was also able to schedule our appointment in a timely manner.

Update 2/223/24
The repair to the AC line was done on 10/12/23. However, during the repair there was a lot of bending and manipulating of the AC line I don’t trust the system until we can do a long-term test on it in summer when we actually use it. Ask if they could warranty or guarantee their workmanship that the AC system will at least till the end of summer 2024. Again, no response of any kind after 2 emails was sent.

I thought they were good until I went down in my crawl space and saw their workmanship. They had left part of my subfloor bare with no insulation after AC installation. That explains why the downstairs is always so cold in winter even after installing air duct damper. Zipper tie are used to hang air duct to the gas line. They also left the AC line hanging along the crawl space. I emailed the service and sales department asking if this a normal or there should be brackets holding the AC line to the floor joints. Two week and counting and still no response. I guess if you discovered poor work after the warranty is over it’s on you.

This team was able to accommodate a same day appointment when my HVAC stopped working. Very honest and professional. I would absolutely work with them again.

Tyler Gibson from Pyramid came out when my heater fan malfunctioned. He would get it working, but then it would malfunction again after he left. He came out three times at no extra charge until locating the underlying problem. Excellent skilled troubleshooting.

Pyramid has always done a great job for us. The technician Keith was on time knew what he was doing and was quick efficient and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
