Called them and got next day service on a Saturday. Turns out my dad's heater was working properly and didn't charge him. I would say they are very honest business and would definitely hire them again!

I scheduled a furnace estimate appointment for a 12-2pm window. On the morning of the appointment, I found another contractor who could start the work right away. At 11:30am, I called to cancel, providing 30 minutes notice before the earliest arrival time and specifically trying to avoid wasting the technician's time.

The receptionist responded by saying, "You're canceling it 30 minutes before the appointment?! You're so rude!" I was taken aback by this unprofessional response. I called as soon as I secured another contractor, specifically to be courteous and not waste anyone's time, and I still provided advance notice within business hours before a two-hour appointment window.

In my experience with service companies, calling to cancel as soon as circumstances change—rather than simply no-showing—is the respectful thing to do. I have never been berated or called rude for canceling an appointment with any other business. This interaction was completely inappropriate and reflects poorly on Sunnyside's customer service standards. I cannot recommend a company that treats potential customers this way, especially when they're making a good-faith effort to be considerate.

Simi was super fast (same day service) and fixed my furnace for a very reasonable price. Great communication and the whole process was easy. Highly recommended.

Simi really helped me out when I felt so helpless with my furnace situation. Another HVAC company just left me hanging and even diagnosed my issue wrong . Thankfully, I called Sunnyside and Simi came out the next day and accurately diagnosed my problem. He went above and beyond and called around to locate the new valve I needed and installed it that same day. I waited over a month with no heat due to the lack of competency from another company, and I'm glad I now have a new business like Sunnyside to rely on!

Our backup heat source in our hvac system wasn't working during the recent cold weeks. Simi came out and found that our installer (from another company) hadn't set up the system correctly. Simi was able to quickly get it dialed in and working properly. I'd highly Recommend Sunnyside!

Our older furnace was acting up again, which is never ideal in winter. Sunnyside came out within a few days to take a look and give us an estimate for a new one. The pricing was more than reasonable, and because our furnace kept turning off, Simi and Alexandra went above and beyond to squeeze our job in to help us out during this cold snap. They were even able to get an electrician to come out on short notice as well. We very much appreciate it and will definitely be hiring Sunnyside again for future work and annual maintenance.
