Sunnyside saved us! Our AC failed during a record breaking heatwave. Simi was able to come to our house the very day of our call and get our AC running again in about an hour. I highly recommend this business.

This is a family owned business, where the owner is the technician. The benefit is that he could try his best to meet your needs because he cares about people and his business. I originally asked him to install a damper on a duct, he did a good job on it. but we found out that duct isn't the one connected to my master bedroom. He came up a creative solution to reduce some noise in my master bedroom without paying extra charges.

For the pricing, he might be 5% more than the large company, but the value is worth more than 5% premium.

Had an AC unit go out on one of the hottest days of summer. This is july 1, and its a saturday. So most places are closed or booked out weeks in advance due to holiday and hot weather. Called around 10 places
but the moment i called here got a spot in minutes same day eval and same day fix and was done in matter of hrs .. very nice work too. will definitely recommend!!

Cannot recommend Simi strongly enough. The pricing, product and professionalism were phenomenal. The price was competitive by itself, added to the product line that he uses which has many advantages including warranty, as well as his ability to think outside the box for the installation make this a business that I wholeheartedly endorse.

Called Sunday, day after Christmas with malfunctioning heatpump. Made appointment for Monday. But Simi came on Sunday afternoon! He is an outstanding technician, understands our system well. I recommend him for any work.

The entire team at Sunnyside made our entire experience wonderful. Super helpful, friendly, and professional. We are very happy to have found a company we can do to for our Furnace and A/C unit maintenance and trouble shooting if it should ever arise.

Recently our heat pump started acting up. Then the AC went on strike. It wasn’t a big deal until the temp outside started rising over the mid 70 mark. That made it a sweltering 83 degrees inside even with the shades drawn and the windows open with a box fan. I set up an appt with Sunnyside HVAC and made an appt several days out thinking we’d fight thru it. Then a tragedy happened and we were left reeling with grief and boiling in our own sweat. I called Sunnyside back and explained the situation and they coordinated Simi to come out today after he already put in a full day on other jobs. He found the issue and replaced the deteriorated part as well as recharged and timed the system. He fully explained it to me and I nearly cried tears of joy. My wife and kids will enjoy the relief as much as I am while I write this under a rush of cool air. Sunnyside HVAC and Simi are lifesavers. Simi worked fast, he’s very professional and extremely knowledgeable with HVAC. He even made sure I had hooked up my new Google Nest Learning thermostat. And they have fair and competitive pricing. Talk about going above and beyond to help a family in despair. He and Sunnyside will be the first call I make for my system from here on out.

Simi is honest, trustworthy, thorough and very good at his trade. Helped with my home AC maintenance and eventual new unit install. He's been my HVAC go-to for several years.

It was about to be the hottest day of summer and the ac copped out. The unit fan would run but no cold air came out. To make matters worse, when I went to check on the furnace, the unit was leaking water and pooling under it. In a panic, I called one company after another with no one answering. I found Sunnyside HVAC and instantly got a call back. I explained what was going on and Alexandria walked me through the best next moves to keep the issues from getting worse. She set up an appointment for the next day and Simi was able to come out earlier that planned to take a look. Within a couple of hours, everything was back up and running and he set up something’s on the furnace so the water leak wouldn’t be an issue again. Truly thankful to have found this company and will be calling them for annual tune ups on my system. If I could give more stars, I would :)

Simi is true professional. He fixed my furnace for very reasonable fee when other companies said you replace the unit. Not only did he fix it but worked flawlessly for many years. I only wish there were other tradesmen as competent as Simi

He was amazing! My dad recommended him after he fixed my grandpa’s heating and cooling that had been deemed unfixable and too old by someone else years prior. He was thorough, kind, honest, efficient and knowledgeable. The service was reasonably priced. He came out to Vancouver in rush hour traffic on the same day I called about our malfunctioning AC unit. There is a heat wave expected over the next few days and I cannot begin to describe how thankful I am that he came out at the end of the day. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you are thinking about calling, do it now!

Air conditioner stopped working in afternoon during heat way. Checked my neighborhood app for recommendations and this company had great reviews. Called after 5 pm hoping to get an appointment for the next day. Did get one for next day and then they called back because they finished early and wanted to know if they could come now. WOW. So happy to have it fixed same day it broke. Highly recommend. Simi went above and beyond. Cost was very reasonable. No inflated emergency rates that some companies charge for after hour repairs.

Sunnyside HVAC is a true lifesaver!! The AC system went out the night before a day with 104F forecasted temperature. Simi responded my call at 8AM and was able to repair the AC unit by 3PM. This is truly an amazing turnaround on a peak business day. Simi’s professionalism and knowledge were impressive; but his compassion for accommodating us on such difficult day is truly praiseworthy.

Our furnace was 'working' but not keeping it warm enough in the house during the last cold snap. I saw the reviews for Sunnyside H&C and called them right away. They answered the phone quickly and were able to schedule me an appt. same day within 90 minutes, awesome! The owner/technician, Semi, called me before the appt. time to say he was on his way. Semi arrived on time and was very polite. Semi was very thorough checking out my furnace, taking his time to check all the systems with the proper equipment. He diagnosed the problem, quoted me a fair price, then went to get the part. He returned quickly, installed the fan motor and some resistors and we are warm again. My condensation pump had been jury rigged and wasn't working and Semi took the time to put it back together and get it working again at no extra charge! I would highly recommend Sunnyside H&C! I was in need of someone to come in and check out my furnace because it had stopped producing heat. A year before i had another "hvac expert" come in, charge me 150 dollars for just an inspection, and another 50 or so to "fix" the problem, only for the problem to show up again a year later. Sunnyside heating and cooling came in, and in 2 hours, found the actual root cause of the issue, temporarily get the heat working again, and offer a very reasonably priced, permanent, and solid solution to the issue. The even more amazing part of this interaction, simi didnt chatge me more for the temp fix, even though i would have definitely thought it fair to charge me extra. He just fixed it like it was nothing, cleaned up, billed me the original price for coming in, and then left, like a superhero. Safe to say, i am way more than satisfied. I will update my review once i have him come back for the more solid solution, but im very confident that i will be equally as satisfied and happy with their service. Amazing.
