HVAC maintenance in the low cost category. Anthony arrived on time and was friendly. He communicated well and in a courteous way. Anthony checked our equipment in a responsible manner. Pleased with his work.

We decided to replace our old Furnace and AC after 24 years. We shopped around a bit in the process.

Climate Control was servicing our old system under a maintenance contract. Out of the companies that bid on the job Climate Control offered the best; service, equipment and price. Salvatore our sales reps was very quick to respond to my questions and offered helpful suggestions and options to consider. Our install crew Louis and Sergio were "rock stars". As mentioned our old HVAC system was 24 years. They had to do some extra venting and piping to give us the proper drainage, air flow and ultimately to pass code. They were also extremely careful and respectful our our property.

I would highly recommend Climate Control to anyone looking to replace or repair a furnace and AC.

Highly recommend - They came in clutch when we uncovered a surprise HVAC issue during a roofing project and got it taken care of right away so we started using them for furnace maintenance. Of course went to turn on the heat for the first time this year it wasn't working so Grant came right out, turns out it was a quick fix and they didn't even charge for the house call. As a new homeowner they have my loyalty!

I had the annual maintenance service for my old furnace December 15. The technician Dean provided excellent service, and reported that my furnace working properly, no recommendations needed. He even helped me to find the right coupon on his cell phone to apply on my payment, that saved me $25! Many thanks and much appreciation to Dean!

I had a great experience with Climate Control. The furnace went out on our rental home. I called them on a Monday and they were able to have it replaced by Wednesday. That response beat the property management company we contracted with by a week. I would highly recommend.

My heating systems has been acting up for months. I tried various options to rescue my old furnace and at times your technicians worked wonders.
Particularly helpful was Ian McIntosh. He took time to explain what needed to be done to eventually take care of my heating problems. I appreciated his kind and patient manner.
We set and appointment for an advisor to come and give me an estimate for a replacement furnace , when the time comes.
It was a great experience to visit with Zachary Turner who worked out the best option for me.
His knowledge was amazing and his well thought out options made sense and made me feel confident.

DISHONEST AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CLIMATE CONTROL!

I would not recommend Climate Control to anyone! Extreme disrespect for the customer. They gave us a 3 hour appointment window (9:00-12:00) to come service our HVAC unit in our apartment. They never gave us any heads up that they were on their way and did not call us when they arrived. The only alert we received that they were here was from our building concierge, that was at 9:47. We did everything in our power to reply as fast as possible. Climate Control told us their policy is they will wait 10 minutes. We replied inside of that window at 9:56 (and provided documentation) and their technician had already left. Our concierge said that they left because they told the tech that they did not have roof access, which was not needed to begin with. Then they delivered us a $165 missed appointment fee, and claimed their technician’s arrival and departure were gps tagged from 9:30-10:00. Well their technician must have been sitting in his truck playing games on his phone. We were never notified the tech was on his way or had arrived, until 9:47. We canceled work meetings to make ourselves available for this 3 hour appointment window, and within 9 minutes of being notified they had arrived, they were gone. Then their technician put in his notes that the appointment was “missed”, even tho he left on his own after our concierge told him he didn’t need roof access, which he didn’t! I called their office 30 minutes later and they confirmed with me that the tech left due to not having roof access. Our property management team had to step in and clarify with their service manager that roof access was not needed.

Then after talking with their Service Manager, they still wouldn’t waive the missed appointment fee, blaming us for not responding between 9:30-10:00. They asked me to provide documentation of the inbound phone calls, which we never received from their tech, only from our concierge. Then they sited that as lack of proof and told us the bill is non-negotiable. This was dragged out for over a month! Absolutely ridiculous and NOBODY should do business with them. They are dishonest, and don’t treat the customer well. I gave in-depth details, got dragged around in circles between different people getting different information. Then they tell me it’s non-negotiable. An absolute joke of a company and their Service Manager is especially terrible.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CLIMATE CONTROL

I have used Climate Control for my heating and air conditioning for 25 years. They have kept my now quite old HVAC appliances running efficiently through twice/year maintenance. Anthony Newborn just performed my heating maintenance - he is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I appreciate that they make recommendations for maintenance work and let me schedule it when convenient for me.

Ian of Climate Control was on time, professional, courteous and knowledgable. He was able to t/s my 39 year old furnace with ease. diagnose the failing part and recommend a newer unit and he explained everything thoroughly and got me up and running. I will recommend Ian and the company he represents, surely they are aware of his great attributes, I'm pretty sure he needs a raise. Thank you Ian for the great and timely service you provided.

Love Scott and Abe! They installed a mini split in our rental unit. They were timely, professional and did quality work. When we have any questions they are quick to respond and help out with any needs. You’re in great hands if you choose GreenTech!

Highly recommend Greentech Heating and Cooling. Scott is extremely knowledgeable - an HVAC savant! He is able to quickly diagnose any issues/problems and will give you detailed options at varying price points.

We have used Greentech for ductless heat pump installation and for furnace and AC replacement, we were very happy with his work and have since referred him to several friends.

If you are looking for quality, honest HVAC work then this is the company you should use!

We've used GreenTech for several minisplit installs at our residence as well as two AC and a furnace install at a rental property. We wouldn't go anywhere else! They do a great job, are reasonably priced, and just nice people in general.

Green Tech delivered a great product with truly professional service. Our home required a bit of custom work in the installation. All went great. Scott followed up when we had questions about our new thermostat and answered our questions.

Green Tech did an excellent job moving our furnace and rebuilding the ductwork in our basement. Scott and Abe went out of their way to minimize the impact of the work on the rest of our house and had helpful suggestions regarding placement. They are friendly, conscientious, and keep a very clean workplace. I wish they remodeled basements, I’d hire them to do our entire project!

Scott knows the ins and outs of HVAC and really takes care of his customers. He and Abe are fast, efficient installers, took extra COVID precautions, and took the time to train us on our new NEST thermostat. We couldn't be happier we chose Green Tech!

Great experience start to finish with Scott. I was originally thinking going ductless heating for our 50s ranch. after visiting the house Scott said that traditional A/C may be best . He had great knowledge of pro/cons of old (central A/C) and new (ductless). He was not pushy and just laid out the options. He started the next day, and was done within 2 days. Work was professional , quick and no mess left behind.
House is now ready for the next heat wave.

I can never say I was the type of person to have the newest cellphone or shoes on the block growing up but I feel that hands down I now have the best heating system in my neighborhood! Thanks to Scott and GreenTech they upgraded our system from an 80% unit to one that is now running at 96% efficiency.
Scott and team at GreenTech did a wonderful job and were extremely accommodating towards us. When our heater went out in the middle of November right as the frigid cold nights started creep into your bones GreenTech completely understood and they were able meet for consultation immediately and replaced our unit in no time.

Greentech installed a heat pump and four interior heating/cooling heads in our home. Greentech owner Scott did a preliminary inspection of the spaces we wanted air conditioned and offered his suggestions about placement and equipment. We were very impressed with his technical knowledge. He has a several years experience with DAIKA and strongly suggested using their equipment. We accepted his bid and arranged a time for installation. Scott and his assistant Abe showed up on schedule and completed the job in two days. The exterior installation of electrical and fluid lines is very clean and minimally intrusive. Scott also rewired the thermostat for the existing gas furnace to a location over the cold air return and installed a NEST that I had purchased earlier to the new location. He also removed the obsolete electrostatic filter on the furnace and installed a long lasting paper filter. He did not charge for the thermostat and filter labor. Scott spent a great deal of time explaining operation of the heat pump units and the NEST thermostat. He answered clearly all of our questions about operation of the equipment and offered suggestions about co-coordinating the DAIKA units with our gas furnace. Scott and Abe are very pleasant individuals and we enjoyed having them in our home.

I had originally met Scott and Abe back in 2020 when I selected them to replace my tenants AC and furnace (I own a duplex) and obviously had to have them back when the time came to replace my own furnace and AC this past week. I cannot say enough great things about Scott and Abe and the work that they do.

Scott came out to do the inital bid and offered great suggestions and solutions. He was genuine and I got the sense immediately that he just wanted to help me figure out the best solution for my needs. Scott and Abe were great communicators before the install, they thoughtfully explained what was happening throughout the install, and then walked me through the intricacies of the system afterwards to set me up for success.

The work itself was completed in a timely manner and Scott and Abe arrived when they said they would. The left the area they worked in cleaner than they found it. In addition to installing the furnace, AC and ductwork we had planned, they helped troubleshoot and fix a room in my home that wasn't getting great air flow and identified that I needed more efficient vents (and then ran to the store to find the right ones and installed them!). They really went the extra mile to help me with all of my concerns related to heating and cooling my home, even though it created extra work and effort on their part. This meant so much to me.

Scott and Abe are genuine and kind dudes who were enjoyable to have in my home during the install. I would HIGHLY reccomend them. I'll keep my fingers crossed we all run into each other at a show in the future and get to enjoy a beer together one day.
