We have been with Heat Relief since 2019. It’s a good company with great people. Technician is always on time. They have been installed 2 new furnaces for our houses. One was in 11/2019, working great since. They just installed another done today. The technicians, Steve and Andrew ( maybe) were so nice! Steve is very kind and knowledgeable too. They came on time and get the job done well. The staff members are really helpful. They have willing to work with us on our schedule and flexibility on how to charge our credit cards too.

Excellent gas generator install by Heat Relief, with coordinated site inspection and wiring completion by their associated contractor, Parkin Electric. A positive experience.

Jacob of HR suggested measures that other bidders had not - saving hundreds of dollars - and responsively fielded all queries.

A panel replacement (damaged in shipping) was handled well.

I am not one to type reviews. Today while I was driving to work, I witnessed one of the workers for this company in the gas station buying himself some breakfast. There was someone in the store whose payment was not going through. He ended up purchasing the milk for the woman. It’s really cool to know. We still have good people out there. Good job heat relief you guys are hiring some great people.

We’ve been using Climate Control for over ten years and have yet to have a single complaint. Their field technicians are professional, knowledgeable, considerate and friendly. We cannot recommend them more!

Grant Brantley, service mechanic performed an excellent repair of my ac unit.
He showed up in the time window scheduled, did a fantastic job diagnosising the issues with my air conditioning condenser unit, was able to quote me prior to my authorization for the necessary repairs and was then able to perform the repairs with the required parts he already had on hand.

John Dover was excellent help for us here at Waste Managment in Hillsboro. He was able to help us with our thermostats and make sure we are all set for the summer coming. Great company and customer service. Highly reccomend.

Dean came to give a second opinion on work I was told I needed to get done on my furnace. Dean told me that what was going on was normal wear and tear for a 20-year-old furnace and that it actually looked in really good shape. I will definitely use these guys in the future. Appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

The technician came to check my AC and explained that since the unit is from 2007, it uses a discontinued and more expensive refrigerant. While testing, the AC started blowing cool air again briefly, so I thought he had done a temporary fix. But in reality, he just removed the faulty capacitor and offered to replace it for $295 more meaning I would have ended paying more than $500 plus the refrigerant, another $300 to $900 — something I didn’t realize until later.

I ended up paying $210 just for the visit and diagnosis — no repairs were done. The worst part is that I already knew the capacitor and refrigerant were the issue. So he basically came to confirm what I already knew, removed the part, and left.

Now I’m $210 down and have to call someone else — hopefully a technician who won’t try to take advantage of the situation or overcharge for basic parts. I wish the pricing and what was included had been made much clearer from the start. If you use this service, ask for a full breakdown in writing before agreeing to anything.

Grant was extremely kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process of repairing my HVAC unit. The information he provided regarding the upkeep and management of the system was incredibly informative. Could not recommend Grant and his colleague more!

Was dealing with 80 degree temperatures indoors and was desperate to get someone out to take a look fast. Climate Control was able to send someone out the next day. Ian was great, super friendly and explained everything wonderfully. Highly recommend!

Grant did a great job! He thoroughly inspected our furnaces and air conditioners, and cleaned the coils in our condenser. He was punctual, courteous and efficient. We appreciate his good service.

December 5, 2024. We called Climate Control this morning due to some operational issues with our home heat pump and gas furnace this cold morning. Received prompt confirmation for an appointment. Serviceman Dean Beckman called shortly later to say he was on his way and arrived soon after. I discussed our issues with Dean and he quickly began troubleshooting our system. He kept me informed of his progress, what he found and what he did to remedy the situation. Overall a good experience. He definitely knows the equipment and was a pleasure to have here. This is a great company with outstanding service. Ian is a fantastic technician. Sets appointment, calls 30 minutes in advance to confirm exact arrival time and arrives on time! He knows his stuff. He’s polite, competent, friendly and takes time to answer questions. He helps us twice a year with heating and AC checks. Definitely recommend him and this company.

Anthony was great. Changed my filter, interrogated the system, and gave me some good advice about keeping the heat pump free of debris. He also made friends with my dog which is a rare accomplishment.

Lance and Steve did an excellent job on my heat pump installation. They were incredibly friendly and so very nice. I enjoyed talking with them. They made sure that I understood how to use my new heat pup. 10 stars for them!!!

Dean is professional, prompt and friendly. This was our first routine maintenance follow up on our new system. Dean did a great job explaining operation of the digital thermostat and how to check the filter. He clearly enjoys his work, and is an excellent listener and communicator. Highly recommend.

My old heater (original to the house from 1989) was starting to sound like a jet engine taking off whenever it kicked in, so I mentioned that to my Climate Control technician when he came for annual servicing. He gave me a thorough evaulation of whether replacing parts or getting a new unit would be the most cost-effective solution for optimal performance. I agreed that a new unit was the best choice, so Climate Control ordered a model that fit perfectly into the limited space where the old one resided, and then scheduled the delivery and installation. Their 2-man crew removed and disposed of the old unit, efficiently installed the new one (leaving the space clean and undamaged), and patiently showed me how to work the new thermostat which they also installed. I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism and efficiency of how the job was done, and also am gratified at how my new heating system has ensured that my home is comfortable day and night in all kinds of weather. Thank you, Climate Control!
