I found myself without heat on a Sunday and was able to speak with Chris, the service technician, over the phone who patiently listened to the issue and guided me through a process to see if I was able to reset my system, which, thankfully I was! The service technicians came out the very next day, and made the required repairs to gas furnace and enrolled me in a service plan to help prevent no heat issues in the future! The cost was better than anticipated which is a plus- particularly during the holidays! Chris and his female coworker, (I forgot to get her name, but she was lovely,) were professional and friendly- even to my many animals- and didn’t make me feel like a dummy! Even the woman I spoke with, on the phone at the office was friendly and patient. I am happy I went with heat relief, and will continue to be a customer!

Bob and Keenan came out today and serviced my furnace. They even had to go under my house and fix a valve because the motor burned out. They were very friendly and explained exactly what they were doing. I was very impressed with their professionalism and quick action. I’m a very satisfied customer. 👍👍😊

Heat Relief is great. They installed our AC unit 3 years ago after our original one installed by the builder failed after 5 years. They have done annual maintenance for us ever since. Their technicians are respectful, on time, and clearly explain the services they performed and offer without high sales pressure. Brandon was great! 10/10. Update: 10/16/24 - Still a great company and my go to for HVAC service and repair!

Was in the market for a new AC unit, they showed me multiple options and, unfortunately, the one I picked had just sold out but they offered me two other options in its place that were a good deal.

Decided to go with them and the install went great, no issues and the heat pump runs fine. They even checked the gas furnace before leaving to make sure it worked ok.

Good communication and would recommend to a friend.

Heat Relief takes great care of my HVAC system. Their service people are first rate. Especially important, warranty issues are dealt with professionally and quickly. Highly recommend.

Called heat relief to schedule an estimate for my client. While traveling to the project location for the appointment, the estimator called me to tell me that they weren't going to make it to the appointment because he, "has too many other estimates to give." Then I asked for a ballpark price to install the requested dual output ductless minisplit, and he gave me an absolutely outrageous price that was nearly double the other two estimates I've received since this encounter. Heat Relief has lost any future business from me because the guy couldn't be bothered to show up for a scheduled business opportunity, decided to call off last minute, and decided to give a grossly astronomical ballpark price. Then, after all that, Heat Relief decides to text me multiple times requesting that i fill out a review, as if they even did any work. I do not recommend.

Heat Relief showed up the same day I called. The technician was polite, thorough and solved the AC problem within minutes of arriving - and, no, it wasn't something I could have solved myself! I have been a client for many years, and have always been impressed with the knowledge, capability and service.

BUYER BEWARE! They offer you the 1 year warranty so that you can call them directly every time your brand new system breaks down and then the moment your warranty expires, they blacklist you and tell you to find another HVAC company. They installed 20A wire on my 60A breaker under an electrical minor permit (which means they don't all get inspected as it's random) but the permit was voided which means the county will not be able to pick this one on a random inspection otherwise it would have been caught. I gave them the opportunity to fix the fire hazard but then when they refused, I threatened a CCB complaint but the 1 year time frame ended to file a complaint now I have to take them to small claims. Their CCB license is clean because NOBODY can file a complaint since they warranty their work and will come out multiple times until the filing statute is passed! Check county records office for all the court cases filed against them for dangerous and poor workmanship. All of the cases were filed after the 1 year warranty, after other HVAC companies have discovered their dangerous and negligent work.

Jarrod came out to relocate my gas meter, per the gas company’s requirement. He truly went above and beyond, making my home safe and up to code. He skillfully routed the new lines around inconvenient obstacles, and did what was necessary to correct the previous gas line installation. I could tell he cared more about my family’s safety than on nickel and diming me on costs.

Heat Relief is amazing! I called the day before the 4th of July and was able to get a live person AND a tech out to my home that evening. Sean was fantastic. As I was not on-site, he sent me photos of the issue, text messages with updates and numerous phone calls so that I understood all that was the issue and how he was fixing it.

The issue was resolved in 2 hours. The guests staying at my home were able to stay in a cool home, while it being 90+ outside.

Heat Relief is coming back to my home to give me a quote for an upgraded system. They are fair, fast and knowledgeable and I can’t thank them enough!

The gentleman who came to give me a free estimate was very thorough. He understood my needs and asked very direct questions to make sure that he also understood my budget and the scope of the work I was having performed at the property very professional very pleasant.

We needed a the gas hooked up to our dryer and Jacob came out to give us a quote and did the Job the very same day, quickly and exactly what we needed. He was reliable and very kind, and knew exactly what to do to get the job done, safely and effectively. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Jacob!

Everyone that helped from the woman who scheduled my appointment to the technician that came out was amazing. They even came out same day because they felt bad for my baby not having heat on a cold day. Small local business, friendly people and pro service.

Heat Relief came out today from Portland to Battle Ground, WA in the cold. He diagnosed the problem with the furnace, and I must say; it was fun to watch him with all of his technical knowledge. He ran out and picked up a circuit board at a local supplier because ours was toast. He had the furnace up and running in a snap!

This has to be the worst heating company I have dealt with during my 20+ years as a contractor. The furnace they installed in my customers home was loud, louder than a cheap commercial unit, and very inefficient. I understand that the customer chose that model or was told to buy it by the sales tech, but the problems continued from there with the after service. I returned to the customers house for another job years later, and she was highly upset about the service Heat Relief was providing. They were refusing to come out and service her furnace over a missed payment of $90 during the pandemic. There was only one bill sent, no follow-up, and now that she discovered it and was trying to pay it, they told her she was "no longer servicable" and they would not send anyone to service her equipment anymore. They also refused to tell her why.

I have never experienced such unprofessional conduct in the industry before. I will not be recommending this company again and strongly discourage people from choosing a company that would do something like this without providing an explainable to the customer. This company is great. When my furnace died last year, they were able to replace it within days. The technician just left, after completing my yearly maintance. Both experiences have been great. They're quick, responsive, and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I can’t say enough positive things about heat relief. We have them out once a year to service our HVAC, and they’ve always been great.
Well, recently our air conditioner unit died, and they were out here to fix it, on the weekend within three hours!
