Mike and his team did a good job and were quick and efficient. However, if you buy a groupon voucher for vacuuming and he tells you, when you make the appointment, that you will likely need services that cost a lot more, believe him and do not agree to the appointment unless you are willing to pay more.

I got Groupon to get my ducts and vents cleaned. Mike picked up and asked me how long my vent was cleaned and said it is so dirty that it will need to be brushed. I don’t have 20 vents he counted 20 somehow. And didn’t use brush to more than two and used vacuum to just vacuum half the vents by lifting lid and charged me $500+
He was good to talk but pushed hard to sell. Groupon should not have this merchant. My other friend who bought the coupon from him had similar issue. I will not use this again. Very short sighted on trying to make some money by over charging for the service you are not even providing.
Furthermore he didn’t even use the Groupon. At some point it was my mistake to not do due diligence. I can say it’s a scam and stay away

He had a template ready and strongly pressured me to approve an additional $500 mold remediation on the spot. When I told him I do not make financial decisions under pressure and would like time to review my options, he responded by saying I was wasting his time and that I shouldn’t have called him. That was highly unprofessional.

He then tried to upsell me again by claiming my crawl space was in even worse condition and needed to be redone. This was surprising because I had a professional inspection done just two years ago and everything was reported to be in good condition.

Despite feeling uncomfortable with the pressure tactics, I ended up paying $400 for the additional cleaning. The entire job was completed in about 40 minutes, which felt rushed. No before and after photos were provided, and there was no documentation to support the mold claim or the work performed.

After researching other duct cleaning services, I realized that many reputable companies provide detailed inspections, clear documentation, and transparent pricing without high-pressure sales tactics. Comparing that to my experience, I feel misled and overcharged.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious, request written evidence of any mold claims, and avoid making decisions under pressure.
