Total System Services accepted my $149.95 fee to inspect my system and recommend additional repairs. The only problem is that one week later I still have no A/C and they haven't returned my calls. For one week I have had no A/C and it is over 90 degrees outside. Now I need to start this process all over with a new HVAC company.

I called him and showed up within 45 minutes in a heat wave and fixed my unit under 1 hour for a super reasonable price he was very knowledgeable and professional would highly recommend him

Repairman came out quickly, which was great news. Unfortunately, heat pump needs a new circuit board which was ordered but will not arrive until tomorrow. Repairman was very courteous, efficient and professional.

When we had the furnace and air conditioning initially put in I told the guys I wanted to keep the thermostat I had. Instead the new one was installed. They told me it was much easier to use. When one of the gals came out to check something with the furnace, Tom told her I wanted my old thermostat reinstalled. She told him the new one was much easier to program and use. It took me two months to get the heat programmed correctly! No one listened to me. Today Sean came out and installed my old one. Great guy, by the way! I got it programmed right away. Now we get charged for something that should never been changed in the first place.
