I got a quote from the owner Israel, he was professional, punctual, and gave me a good price when I told him what I was working with financially. He really went out of his way to make sure that he could accommodate me. On my appointment day to get the work done his employees showed up they were very clean, very professional, and very polite. I wasn’t hit with any extra add-ons that didn’t make sense, there wasn’t any fine print and I was just really satisfied with every bit of the service as a healthcare professional who knows many people that do in care, homes, adult, foster homes, etc. that need to have the service done regularly. I will forever and always tell them to use best solutions. They will not be disappointed in the job will get done, right. I also really appreciated that he is bilingual and can work with many different people in different communities.

Mike and his cousin were professional and efficient. They did an absolutely wonderful job for us cleaning the vents. He was fully booked until March but fit us into his busy schedule because my dryer wasn’t working efficiently because of the vent. Mike even helped my husband and replaced a light bulb for us. We will definitely call them back next time we need this service.

Super friendly. Mike walked me through each vent and showed the before and after pictures. I requested if they would be careful on the wood floor since we just had them done. Mike and his crew came out to clean the air ducts, returns, furnace, 2 bathroom fans, laundry fan and dryer vent. He also put all new vapor barrier in the crawl space, tacked up all insulation that had come loose and checked all the ventilation screens for damage and repaired 2 of them. Mike and his crew were very professional, worked fast and cleaned up when done. Also provided video of all work both before and after. Pricing was well below other bids we got from other services. Israel’s crew is awesome. This is the second year utilizing them. They are fast and efficient. They will let you know if anything else needs to be done. The people I used in past would offer me things for extra price but never explained why. He was thorough and we have better air quality, I can tell the difference. I have asthma and some allergies to dust. So it was great to see them again, Definitely give them a try.

Best solutions was exactly that…the absolute BEST! Besides being super easy to schedule with, they were prompt and did a very very thorough job of cleaning everything. They even showed me how to clean my own furnace in between them coming out each time. I would highly recommend them to anybody!

We had Mike and his crew clean our air ducts, dryer vent, and furnace in a townhouse that had not been cleaned in who knows how long. He was transparent with pricing over the phone and was able to schedule us for the next day. He showed up with a 5-person crew, evaluated the situation, explained the pricing clearly, and they got to work. They were in and out in about 45 minutes and everything was cleaned up and reset just as it had been before! He was also able to reach out dryer vent access from outside which is about two stories up, that was great. His crew was very organized and professional. I appreciated that they all wore shoe covers and face masks. We'll definitely have him back in the future for maintenance!

These guys were great! We had them clean our vents and they charged a really fair rate (certainly less than the other places we called), they worked super FAST, and they were very thorough. They even showed up the same day that I called to schedule it. Nadav and his crew got a ton of stuff out of the vents, it was impressive.

They were very nice and respectful, and I felt comfortable with the whole crew in the house. They had masks on and shoe coverings which I appreciated as well. They also took some time to explain what was going on and show us their progress.

Mike and Silverio went above and beyond! The air duct cleaning was thorough, extremely detailed, and the end result was stunning. I also appreciated the final walk through to see what was done and the cleanup. And honestly they were the most competitively priced for this service. Mike and Nadav were fabulous! Not only did they clean the vents... they showed us before and after photos. Our dryer vent line wasn’t taped.... and they fixed it for us. BEWARE Groupon "BAIT AND SWITCH" SCAM!!!

I got a Groupon for a $45 HVAC vacuum job. Mike and his guys came out and literally, the first thing he asked when he walked in was, "How many vents are there?" I told him 13, and he said the charge would be $25 a vent, for a total of $325.

I was confused and told him I only wanted the Groupon vacuum service. Mike said my vents were too dirty and the job was literally "impossible" to do without brushing first. The weird thing is, he said this BEFORE he opened up any vents to check how dirty they were.

This means he had preemptively decided to lie about my HVAC being too dirty in order to charge me extra for brushing, probably because he assumed I (like most people) was totally ignorant about my HVAC system.

What Mike DIDN'T know, is that I'm also a handyman and I was just working on our vents, patching holes and doing some cleaning myself. That's why I got the Groupon in the first place, so they could clean the last few parts I couldn't reach! Not only that, Roth Heating and Cooling came out and fully serviced them less than two years ago. The point is, my vents are not that dirty at all, a brief vacuum job would have been fine.

When I refused this aggressive upsell, Mike got lowkey hostile and told me to get a refund for the Groupon, gathered up his guys, and left. But later when I tried to get a refund, Groupon told me that he refused to comply with a refund request. So he refused the job, then later refused the refund. Yup, that's called a scam.

Lastly, look at the other negative reviews. They all match up with my experience. I see the "owner" replying and refusing to apologize or take any accountability for anything. Instead, it looks like he just calls his customers liars. This is not a professional business, just some sketchy young men trying to make a quick buck.

Mike was able to get us scheduled quickly, was super informative, and helped alleviate a ton of stress I had about the condition of our never before cleaned duct-work. He provided me photos and videos of before and after the services, and even returned a few days later to help secure some insulation that wasn't fully attached in the crawl-space.
