The winter storm blew over a tree that ripped my power wires off our house just as the ice storm moved in on us all. Come to find out, the power surge blew the transformer on my furnace leaving us in a 40 degree house for 48 hours with no HVAC shops available. Then, on Christmas Eve, TruAir came to our rescue with the part—a Christmas miracle! If I ever I need my furnace or air conditioner repaired, I am immediately calling TruAir!!!

I called and Dave was able to come out within a few hours. He was able to quickly figure out the issue and fix it right then. He was professional and patient. We will be recommending this business to everyone. Thank you!

Had a new furnace installed and they hauled a monster cast iron firebox out of my basement that barely fit through the doors and they didn't so much as scuff the doorways. had a tiny leak of gas I discovered later and they came out the same day of the call and fixed it. Real friendly staff too!

I'd give 6 stars if I could. In the midst of a snow, wind and ice storm my tenants' furnace died. Somehow Tru Air was able to get out, give an honest estimate/assessment, and get a furnace in when it was quite literally too dangerous to walk down the steps of the house. So grateful and I"ll use the company again absolutely.

I'm a new home owner and I found them to be reasonably priced (no hidden or added fees), responsive, and also connected me with a great electrician who I hired to complete other work on my home. Dave (the owner) was very easy to work with, local, and responsive via email, text or call. Will hire again in the future.

I think the best adjective to describe Dave and TruAir is "relentless"! We have had issues with our heat pump/air handling system since we purchased our home (from lying, deceitful previous owners and incompetent home inspectors and realtors). We have called at least 6 different companies over the past 2 years...3 of which never called us back, 2 did some work but then ghosted us when they could not figure out the issues and finally the one who stuck with us and got us the service we needed which is TruAir.

Okay, we ended up needing a new heat pump and air handling system, and they are not inexpensive, but it was needed. Dave and TruAir tried everything possible to avoid selling us both system. They put a lot of time and effort into solutions and pretty much were the only ones to keep trying until a solution was found.

I highly recommend Dave and his team at TruAir. We now have a system that works, works the way it is supposed to and the confidence that if something goes wrong he have someone that will do everything it takes to get it back running.

Dave communicated well when making an appointment and showed up on time. He patiently explained and demonstrated possible issues with my aged furnace. I will definitely call him for future service needs.

I’m always happily surprised with how quickly Dave gets back with me. Happy with the High efficiency Gas Furnace He installed December of ‘22. Last year I referred my Daughter and a close friend to Tru Air. They installed a Double Mini Split System and Gas Pack for them.

Dave was great to work with! Came out next day to service our furnace.....cleaned, diagnosed, repaired a minor issue in less than an hour. He already had all the parts so was able to complete the job on the spot. Very fair pricing and he quoted flat rate up front for the service/cleaning and repair (no hidden fees or hourly charges). Will definitely use Tru Air again!

Had the pleasure of working with Steven during a routine maintenance of my heating system. He was very courteous and informative. He walked me through everything he was doing and I came away learning quite a bit about my system and how to perform basic upkeep to keep it running through its last couple of seasons of life. Once it is time to renew our system I know who I’ll be going to.

Dave's team came out to install a new furnace, AC, air purifier, and smart thermostat. They were very professional and got the job done on time. The new systems all look great and are working as expected. I will be calling them for any future HVAC needs I have.

I don't usually write public reviews of services that I use, but I absolutely need to praise Tru Air Heating and Cooling (specifically Dave) for their promptness, professionalism and excellence. They responded to a failed furnace call in the middle of the snowy and icy weather of late February 2023 (outside temp in mid-20s), and came to our house quickly, despite being so busy. He was efficient, straightforward, courteous and professional. The issue was fixed and heating was restored to our house. Would give more than 5 starts.

This was an A+ experience. It was scorching outside and our AC unit broke. Dave was able to book repair for the following day, and he came out and was able to fix it for way less than we thought we might have to pay. He followed up with a phone call, showed up on time, and fixed it on the spot. He didn’t try and upsell or convince us that we needed unnecessary/expensive repairs or add-ons. Highly, highly recommend!

Our heating system conked-out after a snow storm and we were freezing, huddled around some space heaters and under the electric blanket. I called Dave at Tru Air and he came out to the house in hours. He ordered a new motor and installed it the next morning and magic, our heater worked like new. Dave is really nice, easy to talk to and incredibly experienced. He is the owner of the Tru Air business and super busy but he tries to get to each and every customer as quickly as possible. Thank you Dave, when we have to replace our heating system we know who we will call.

They fixed my furnace and dealt with my home warranty company. Stephen (technician) was professional, prompt, explained things as he went and showed me the replaced parts. He was respectful of my home. Tru Air sent text messages and phone calls so I knew what to expect and when.

Dave installed our AC unit last June and it’s currently not working. There is no longer a website or a working phone number. Very frustrating to have this business go completely dark with no warning and no longer be able to honor warranties or incorrect work.
