The crew from Deluxe installed a new heat pump and gas furnace in March. The crew was prompt, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Deluxe had a competitive price with the best customer service. From quote, to scheduling, to install, the entire crew (reception, sales, and install crew) were a joy to work with. The units have worked great for both heating and cooling. If you’re looking for a local hvac company who will take great care of you and your home, Deluxe is the right choice.

Let’s highlight the customer service I received from Deluxe. My first call was due to my A/C fan not working correctly, the part was easily replaced and the problem fixed. I then found I had a leak in my wall, that was from an unknown source (a plumber determined it was not a plumbing issue). Austin, who had fixed the previous issue with the fan was A+ in helping to diagnosis and fix this problem requiring multiple visits. The damage was so bad I had to file an insurance claim. Austin was so helpful in dealing with a very difficult HOA, and was professional every step of the way. I Highly recommend this company!

Deluxe returned our after hours call the next morning in the midst of a heat wave. Steve was able to come out later the same day and was fantastic in repairing our old ac unit with parts he had on his van. We were extremely impressed that we didn’t have to wait for parts to be ordered and very happy with Steve’s knowledge, advice and speed of service. We couldn’t recommend Deluxe more!

Deluxe H&C is a great company. I have an ancient oil furnace which Steve has maintained and repaired over the last ten years with great skill. I got a few quotes for replacing my old gas furnace with a heat pump. I got a bid for $22k from a company called Sky, and thought maybe I had under-estimated how much this should cost. When Deluxe got here, they came in at $15.5k, which seems like a pretty bonkers difference. The people at Sky said what Deluxe was going to sell me didn't actually exist (it does and it's currently keeping me warm) and that none of it could qualify for rebates or tax credits. The people at Deluxe knew all the info perfectly and backed up with with the documentation (and handled the paperwork for me). The Sky people told me I needed at least a 4 ton system, and Deluxe told me that would be a waste of money, and talked me down to the 3.5 ton system (and explained why). The inspector was here today, looked around and said "wow, these guys are pros," (he was apparently very impressed with how "clean" they did everything). All-in-all, I saved a ton of money with them, and they were fantastic in every way.

Austin did our annual tuneup on our oil furnace. He is very efficient and knowledgeable and concise in what he does. It’s nice to have found someone that is so dependable. He is a good asset to the company.

Technician, sales representative and installers where are all a 10 out of 10. Could not of been happier with the experience. Our 23 year old furnace finally broke during a cold spell and they reacted so quickly we were only without a furnace over the weekend and had our new furnace installed by Monday. Life saver! They are expert in oil heating system. We had many other service people coming but they all told us we would have to replace everything and there was no other to do it. We went by weeks without heating because others gave us the wrong advice. Very thankful we reached out to this company and they instantly responded.
