Great technician! He came out on time was extremely professional and even showed me the problem along with clearly explaining what happened and the fix. Was able to quickly diagnose the problem and completed the fix fast. Will definitely prioritize business with the company going forward.

Now ex-contractor of choice for Sage Built Homes they single handily managed to completely screw up almost every home in our 6 house subdivision. One house the install of the furnace was so screwed up they got red flagged by NW Natural as every time the furnace turned on the whole neighborhood smelled like gas. Another neighbor had all the freeon gas leak out and ghosted them on getting the system fixed in the middle of blazing hot summer. My house was by far the worst out of the group. They undersized the A/C unit, and the complete furnace install was so messed up they had to get a different company in to completely redo the entire furnace, ductwork, and A/C install. Non code wiring and extremely poor craftmanship on all parts of furnace install. Inducer motor failed and instead of replacing it under warranty, slapped some silicon on it and called it good. Owner was argumentative and would not take ownership of any of his problems, even after several companies came in and inspected the system saying it was the worst install they had ever seen. Including the new company the builder brought out to fix. Also would often take weeks to respond back to calls/texts/emails about problems. They are apparently no longer a subcontractor of this builder and no doubt as to why. Repairs on my home were in the $8--10,000 range and after some threat of litigation to the builder were handled by a different subcontractor that actually did good work. Neighbor across from me also had several issues with A/C not holding temp as I did, but his home did not have the same vaulted ceilings as mine and he kept the summer temps at a higher range so was not as effected by the problem as I was after their band aid fixes were put in place (larger HVAC blower and extra return added). All in all one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a vendor and would not recommend them to put in a window A/C unit let alone an entire HVAC system in a home.

Eric's review is accurate. This company did the installation for my HVAC unit for a caliber home. The ducting work was not done according to code. It has failed. It has separated. It has caused the cost of heating to be more than it should have been. They did not comply with some code. Apparently they did not install the thermostat correctly. Apparently the system is underpowered. When asked to correct errors they just talked but didn't do much of anything. They might be okay for a small little job but theyappear to me to be lazy incompetent and not professional enough to do major work.

Our old mini split was on its last legs, so I called for a Ductless mini split replacement. The technician came right on time, swapped it out, and even showed me how to set it for max efficiency. Now the bedroom stays perfectly cool without any weird noises.

They fixed my cold-air issue by cleaning and tuning the burners. Now the furnace delivers consistent warmth. I’m very pleased and would refer them to neighbors.

They're all I need when it comes to HVAC repairs. My experience is incredible due to the technician's efficiency in helping me with my HVAC problems. He's an expert and knowledgeable as well. I could finally use my unit without issues bothering. Would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Dan was patient and very well informed while diagnosing the problem over the phone. He helped me after hours when the warranty repair company never showed up.
