We had a Mitsubishi Heat Pump and air handler installed by Anctil Heating and Cooling and could not be more pleased. We met with Jake for our bid, he was low key, straight forward, explained the system and delivered the bid when he said he would. There was a little delay from when we made our deposit to when the work was scheduled but this was a small thing. Once we got a date the installers (Jose, Jose, Jake-the three J’s) showed up on right on time, were friendly, and did a clean install. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Aiden let us know when he'd be here. He wore shoe covers to protect inside areas. He communicated well re the condition of the filters and the furnaces. A-OK

Called ahead, discussed the task w my husband, very polite. Did a bit of discussion when my husband asked several questions, cleaned up the work site, very personable. All around, excellent service tech. Gave us a final report. Gave us a reciept. Thank you for excellent, on time, service!

I came home from vacation and found my air conditioner was not working, and I couldn't call Anctil until Monday. They scheduled me for the next day, but then later in the day called me to say they had a technician that finished another job early and could come right away.
Chris the technician showed up shortly there after and replaced the capacitor and solved the problem quickly.
Anctil installed the unit some years ago and has performed annual maintenance checks for both the heating and air-conditioning. I've been very happy with their products and service and highly recommend.

While other companies tried to sell me expensive mini-splits, Anctil offered a smarter, more affordable solution by connecting my garage to the existing furnace. We hired Anctil to install air conditioning in our 1950’s era home. They also installed a new thermostat. Our installers were Jose Ramirez and Jose Escobar. They were fantastic. They were pleasant and efficient, they also made sure we understood how to operate the new unit and also taught us the various features of the new thermostat. We have used this company several times through the years and have always been pleased with the level of service and communication. They are really top notch!

The Anctil guys were super easy to work with, fast and professional. They installed a new heat pump and heat recovery ventilator for us. We had an issue with our old thermostat and they came back out quickly, replaced it, and got everything working great.

We had an excellent experience with our Anctil technician. It was our annual furnace check and maintenance. She was very knowledgeable and experienced.

Jake came out to provide the free quote for a new AC unit and furnace. He was professional, noted that our current furnace was oversized for our home and quoted a right-sized replacement. He noted some things that might need to happen that would up the cost, but ultimately everything went well and there were no additional charges.

The installation team was great as well. They took care to protect the carpet/stairs/floors and were all professional and personable.

Response time from initial request to service complete within a couple days. Fast and friendly service. Knowledgeable technical expert willing to answer questions in a clear and easy to understand style. Professional cleanup of furnace and equipment. Great job!

Needed repair to the electrical wiring to our HVAC system. To finally get the service completed took over 3 months, but once the young man came out, he did a wonderful job and charged us a reasonable price for the length of time it took to finally get our issue resolved

After an extremely hot summer and a 20 year old noisy A/C unit, I decided to pull the trigger on a new system. For the life of me I couldn't get anyone to call me back for an estimate, or they were 3 months out. After getting a couple companies to come out, I was less than pleased with the high pressure sales tactics. When a friend recommended Anctil, I called and to my surprise Mark was able to come out the same day and give me an estimate. He was extremely knowledgable, laid back and patient with all my questions and concerns with regard to noise and air flow. Mark gave me recommendations based on years of install experience. (Always speak with an installer when possible)

I committed to using Anctil and couldn't be happier. While the equipment was on back order due to COVID, Mark was in contact with me to give me updates on delivery status. Mark even came out and made sure my current A/C would make it through the last few hot days. As soon as the equipment arrived, I was immediately placed on the schedule. The day of the installation, the crew showed up early and was courteous, clean and knowledgable. Jose and Minh were mindful of our new carpet and took extra steps to make sure everything was protected. The job was scheduled for 2 days but they actually finished the same day. Minh made sure the outdoor unit install was clean and secure. Jose was great and walked me through how to operate the new thermostat and get it all linked up to the app and wifi.

I'm extremely pleased with Anctil. I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation referring them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

As usual, we had a good experience. They accommodated our request to schedule back-to-back appointments for maintenance at two houses. Chris did a thorough job in both places, answered my husband's many questions and offered helpful advice again as he has done in the past.

Great job. Noticed a drip and sealed it. Noticed the water drain pipe faced and fixed it to facing down for better drainage. Tested and cleaned it including heat sensor contacts. Thorough job. Thanks and reason why I am a long-term customer!

How Great is this business. I needed to have all my heating checked in two houses. They set me up within a week. Kellen Came to my property and did an amazing job. Answered all my questions and help me set up my system on my phone.. Above and beyond what anybody else is done when they have checked my heating system. I would recommend them highly.

This review is almost unfair because I have not let anyone else touch my climate controls other than Anctil for over 25 years. And when I had a critter ate through my flex ductwork under the house I was more than happy to see Anctil repairs that, too! And the job was top notch. They were professional and the team worked together it quickly repair it and get my climate control system back online. I added before and after photo for you to see. I don't envy the guys who crawl around down there, but I am so glad Anctil offers that service. You will not be sorry you called.

Service was Incredible. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about my old heater and also explained how advantageous it would be to upgrade without being all "used car salesman" about it Would use Anctil for all my HVAC needs!

We were having an odd issue that we assumed was caused by our HVAC system. Kellen (might be spelling that wrong) came out same day and took care of us! Although he wasn't able to replicate the issue, he did take care of some other things and make my staff feel MUCH better about the situation and, our system actually works better now than it has in years! Very knowledgeable young man! Definitely recommend him and the company! Very easy to work with and professional.

I have been with Ancti fo 40 years. Ten service is always excellent! And the staff is excellent too. Always friendly and helpful! I look forward to working with them in the future!!
