The entire company from the top down is professional and excellent. They say their boss tells them to treat each customer’s home as their own and they live up to that. We had a hiccup on the hottest day but they came and showed us what the problem was and how to manage it ourselves next time. I would highly recommend this company.

Office gave me a window for the service call when I first made the appointment. Steve, the technician, called the morning of the appointment to narrow that window down, and then showed up right when he said he would. Service was quick, friendly, and professional. Will 100% continue to use Deluxe!

Deluxe Heating's entire team is the best from admin to service. When my oil furnace quit on me, another local HVAC (AAA) company told me my furnace was beyond repair AND that I would need to convert to gas or electric as no business installs oil heat any longer in Portland. They went on to quote more than $25K to convert. Ends up this "other" company lied to me about everything. In addition,
their diagnostic was totally wrong.
Deluxe repaired my furnace for less than $900. I'm a senior on fixed income...so very thankful Deluxe helped me dodge a costly bullet.

These guys know their business.Dont even mess with calling the big name businesses they suck. Call Deluxe and you will get great service and affordable. The big named guys said my furnace could not be repaired and wanted $10k to install a new one, these guys fixed it with new parts for a few hundred. very happy.

Very reputable company. I have had great experiences with their sales/customer support team and their technicians. We purchased a new AC unit and compressor in 2021, and subsequently had an issue with the compressor line leaking coolant (not their fault, but a manufacturing quality issue on the compressor) and Deluxe took care of us to repair the problem.

I have worked with Deluxe on three occasions and all have been great experiences. First, they installed my furnace and performed the some seasonal maintenance about two years later. Second, they installed mini-split systems in two rooms. All of their work has been excellent. Third, we're working with them to run a new furnace return. They are professional, knowledgeable, polite, and transparent. I felt their prices were fair, competitive with other contractors out there, and great considering the quality of work I received.

I worked with Peter and Jonathan who were both easy and accommodating. They showed up on time, listened to the problem I was trying to solve, and helped come up with the solution I was happy with without pushing anything or any services/products I didn't want. Finally, they were clear about what they would do and how it would look so I wasn't surprised by the product. All of the systems they installed have worked great and I would definitely work with them again for any HVAC project in the future.

From the time I called Deluxe and speaking with Gina to having Aiden come out to fix my gas furnace I was in good hands
Aiden was prompt,professional and explained everything. After no heat for 4 days he had it fixed within 2 hours including going for new part.

Austin just tuned up my gas furnace. He kindly took time to answer questions patiently and clearly. Thank you! DELUXE--give that kid a raise! Austin was clear that we have an old unit, but no issues at this point. Last time the furnace was tuned up was by a competitor of Deluxe, and they tried to "scare" us into buying a new one. I called Deluxe on recommendation of a neighbor and will continue passing on a good word in our hood.

Deluxe Heating & Cooling is not the gold standard for service, the are the Platinum Standard! Had Steve as a technician to troubleshoot our mal-functioning furnace. Our fan was running at high speed constantly even after a maintenance & service call from the original installer of our system.
Steve methodically went through the system eliminating suspects and explaining everything to me as he diagnosed the problem. His persistence found the problem which should have never happened if our previous contractor would have done their job.
Steve is a Renaissance man bringing a wealth of knowledge to the table and I can't thank him enough for the expert sleuthing he did to solve our problem. You won't find a more reliable company than Deluxe!

These folks removed my old oil furnace and replaced it with an electric unit with AC. A great experience with everyone I've dealt with at the company. From installation, maintenance and a very prompt service call regarding a failed thermostat, they've been a pleasure to with. (Under warranty, yay!) I recommended them to a friend who also had a great experience with the Deluxe staff.

Peter is a delight to work with, courteous and knowledgeable. I am sure every install has its challenges but the Deluxe team handle our install with aplomb. I highly recommend Deluxe based on our experience

Our experience with Deluxe has been exceptionally good from the moment I called and spoke with a knowledgeable, friendly person to schedule an estimate, up until today when they came out to make a repair within hours of when we called and did the repair free of charge because they felt that the piece that failed should not have on such a new unit. Our first tune-up service was also free. Stellar people and excellent products and workmanship. We highly recommend Deluxe.
