Just bought my house and wanted to get the duct cleaning done and I'm new to the area but found Best Solution Services they came out and took care of it for me . The owner was super nice and knowledgeable about my HVAC system . Will definitely use them again .

** Mike called me and agreed to refund $210 in order to bring the total cost of this service to $520. He asked me to agree to post a 5 star rating as part of our agreement. I will state 5 stars for the service. I subtract 1 star due to the need to resort to posting online reviews to get a reasonable price. ** Bottom line, way overpriced, pushy sales tactics, job not complete job as promised. According to their website, the job that should have cost $249 (clean HVAC air vents and dryer) ended up costing $710. I succumbed to the high pressure and ended up paying extra to have all the vents brushed out. I used my dryer vent brush today and found residue in the vents. I can hear something rattling in the dryer vent. I only feel bad for the workers. They were nice and worked very hard, and Mike refused to let me speak with them at all. I wonder how much the workers actually get paid at the end of each day. In any case, I would be happy to pay the advertised price of $249, plus an extra $50 since my dryer vent is long. Plus another $100 since I have lots of vents and they did vacuum around stuff. $400 would have been reasonable, which is around 55% of what I was charged. If I felt good about the job, I would add a $50 tip.

These guys are legit ! Got my Groupon and they came out and did my duct cleaning plus dryer vent also checked my furnace and crawlspace for any pest or mold . The crew was in and out without any problems . Thanks agains !

I had an excellent experience using Best Solutions for full vent brushing, dryer vent brushing and furnace cleaning. I called and got a same day appointment which was great. They were friendly, professional, fast and efficient. Plus, they checked my crawl space.

For a quick summary, I had to call them back twice and the job was never done correctly either time. They upsell the services with superficial cleaning. Most home owners will not go through the attention to detail to over see the service and make sure they are getting their moneys worth.

I’m so glad I found this company! Mike and his team came to give the old house I’m renovating a duct cleaning and scrub. When they saw the sad condition of the crawlspace (rodents, cats, etc!) Mike offered me a deal to clean the crawlspace and lay down new vapor barrier for way below market price, included the duct cleaning work (a $650 total) into that price AND allowed me a grace period to pay. They work fast and efficient and showed me their work when they were done. One of my bathroom fans didn’t work after their cleaning, so Mike made sure to come back and fix it for us (was simply just unplugged but I had no idea how they work). They also went above and beyond just cleaning the crawlspace, to ensure all exterior access points for rodents were sealed up to maintain the new cleanliness. They’re respectful, honest and good people.

Very impressed to say the least , called to make an appointment and they were able to fit me there busy schedule sooner than later because my 83 year old grandmother was gonna stay with us for a few weeks so I really wanted everything ready before she got here . Got my Dryer vent cleaned out as well . Thanks to the crew they were in and out in no time 🙏🏼

Mike and his crew came to my house to inspect my vents. I found them from Groupon and I was not at all disappointed. They did above and beyond what was offered on the voucher. I hired them to redo my crawl space. I was sent videos from my own attic and crawl space to make sure if they should go ahead with any work. The crew spent most of the day at my house and fixed so many things at very reasonable prices. I couldn't be more impressed!

Been needing my duct cleaning done for a while finally got around to it . This company popped up with really good reviews so I gave them a shot . Glad I chose them , they were very nice and prompt . They also did my Dryer vent which was not on the original scope but it was a little extra . I was happy it all got done !

I contacted Best Service last minute to fix a light fixture that became detached from the wall. They replied to my text immediately and sent Adilson to my home just a few hours later. After he reinstalled the light fixture he thoroughly cleaned up the area. I can definitely recommend Best Service Solutions due to response to my issue and quality of work. It's hard to find !!

Im usually pretty skeptical. However this company left me feeling pretty great about using them. I definitly plan to use them again next year for yearly cleaning after a great deep cleaning job. He was fair with pricing to work within our budget and still did a quality job

Great experience from start to finish. On time, transparent with additional services that would be beneficial, however, not pushy to require them immediately. Helps you feel that you can balance your finances with home maintenance.

Crawl space rodent removal and vapor barrier replacement

This company is legit. We had a nasty rat smell in our laundry room. They came inspected everything and cleaned out dryer vent free of charge, removed all the dead rats from the crawlspace, replaced plastic where it was torn, cleaned all the hvac system and it was super affordable and most importantly, smell is gone. Highly recommend them. Thanks guys 👍
