I had clogged dryer vent. Willard Power Vac came out to my place 2x. First visit they couldn't get clog out. Second visit they came out with camera to figure out what is going on. Found clog and problem. Outlet is disconnected. They removed debris and took pics of what needs to be repaired. Onreka M. and his partner are great. Explained everything. This is second time I hired Willard Power Vac and I am very pleased with the service they provide. Thank you.

Craig showed up early due to other job's cancelation. He called and texted before he arrived and I was fine with that.

I am so happy with Willard Power Vac. Jon Krout did amazing job and was very professional. Jon was very informative every step of the way of cleaning all the air ducts, fresh air vent, dryer and the dryer duct. He took pictures of how dirty it was and then another picture of how clean it was. My air ducts are so clean they looked brand new. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again and I would recommend this company 100 percent!

Great experience. Very quick & efficient. Really pleased with their service! The schedule arrival time ended up being two hours earlier, but thankfully it all worked out. Our wood stove is ready for use, which is perfectly timed as it started snowing today, less than 24 hours getting the stove & chimney cleaned!

They arrived an hour early and politely asked if we would be ok with an earlier start which was great for us. They would have waited if we had said no. Both fellows were really polite and friendly. They paid good attention to keeping the house interior clean. They explained and showed me what they were doing as I am a curious person. We asked for a full HVAC duct and fireplace chimney cleaning. The online quote process was simple and they abided by that quote. The work was great, timely, reasonably priced and the people were friendly, honest, and engaging. I heartily recommend this company!

The whole team at Willard Power Vac are wonderful. We had to reschedule at least 3 times due to not being ready during the rehab process, but the team was very professional and understanding. We finally got the job done and they did a fantastic job. I don't know how they know what they were able to clean out of the vents, but they do! We'll be using them again for sure.

Ongoing home improvement had me looking for a duct cleaning service. Willard's was recommended. They were able to get out the next day, and while my initial thought was" wow, that's expensive!", they were actually priced lower than competitors. And boy, did they do a thorough job! It's been several (many) years since getting our ducts cleaned and Willard's found things that have been there for longer than we've owned the house. For instance, LEGOs! We have never had LEGOs in our house, yet they they were. I can't remember who vacuumed the ducts so long ago, but they missed some stuff! Very happy with the service provided. Our air smells fresher!

We had a rat die in our vents. The owner Daniel scheduled me for a next day service. Jacob and Jayson showed up at 7:00am sharp. We did a quick walk through to let them know what was going on. They found the rat under our gas furnace, cleaned out all 15 vents and 2 air returns in 2.5 hrs. They were extremely efficient and professional. Their vacuum truck was incredible. There tools were state of the art. They used drop clothes to protect our carpet as well as special care securing each screw perfectly on the hard to reach ceiling air return vent covers. Service like this is hard to come by this day in age. I will be recommending them to all my customers, colleagues, friends and family. A+ 10/10

The best of the best!
Jayson and Jason saved the day. A few days ago the smell of a dead rat started migrating through our vents. Daniel was able to schedule me with a next day appointment to remove the dead rat that had died just below our gas furnace and well as clean all the ductwork. Jayson and Jason arrived on time at 7:00am sharp. There professionalism and efficiency in there work was excellent. I asked and they said they have been working for Willard for 10 years. The equipment they use is state of the art and allowed them to do my entire 3300sft home with 15 ducts in 2.5 hrs. They made sure to get my furnace back on and quality control checked all their work. It's an absolute pleasure to work with world class service providers like this. This day in age it is getting harder and harder to come by.
I will refer all my customers, colleagues, friends and family to Willard for now on.

When you call this number you get an uninformed scheduler who contracts with a number of different hvac contractors. You are not calling “five Star Cooler by.”
