Everybody we worked with through GreenSavers was very professional and friendly. Everybody took the time to listen to our questions and answer them thoughtfully. Our new heat pump heating and cooling system is working great. It's so much quieter than the old gas furnace and the heating is more even. Plus we feel great that we're not burning natural gas.
We're very happy with our new water heater and its installation process as well.

Would give 4.5 stars. We had a couple communication issues at the beginning of the project but they completed the work as planned and with high quality. It would be helpful to have calendar invites or more frequent reminders about scheduled appointments/service dates. They also assisted in upgrading our electrical panel to support our new heat pump. We would recommend for future projects.

GreenSavers did a wonderful job replacing our electric furnace for a heat pump and all the insulation in the attic. Super responsive and knowledgeable from the first visit, to installation and follow up questions. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and recommend them for any of our hvac/insulation issues.

We noticed the energy efficiency from the very first project they worked on. We didn’t think it could get any better but with each project completed, it just kept getting better! GreenSavers was contracted for many upgrades including but not limited to:
Weatherization from attic to basement including rim joists and crawlspace.
Duct sealing.
Ventilation.
Heating and cooling pumps.
Electrical work.
Ultra fiberglass windows with Low-E coated surfaces.
The project manager communicated every step of the process clearly and with words we could understand. The timeline was on point. All the workers were always there when they said they would be and they all were very professional and friendly.
Job was so very well done, we highly recommend GreenSavers!

I would never use this company. Their employees couldn't care less about others, especially pedestrians that have the right of way and the walk symbol when crossing in an intersection. One almost hit me and then tried to blame ME because he doesn't want to follow traffic laws. Maybe don't have your business name plastered all over the vehicles if you're going to hire crappy drivers.

I had been very happy with GreenSavers for heat pump installation and maintenance until this month when they told me they were raising rates for monthly maintenance by 30%. In my case, the price hike was even steeper because of the filter my system uses. They used to include the filter in their maintenance cost, but now they raised the maintenance cost and are asking customers to pay for the filters on top of that, resulting in having to pay 30% more for the same service. :(

We had Greensavers install insulation & a heat pump, and they did a fantastic job. Overall communication was very good and the installation team was clean, respectful, and did great work. This work was performed in 2022 and we have had no issues with our heat pump since then. When working with Greensavers I recommend planning well in advance as they were booked out a few months when started our project. We also suffered some delays due to supply chain issues but the team communicated with us the entire time. In the end I'm very happy we were patient and decided to work with them!

We've had a great experience with GreenSavers and intend to continue using them for future projects to improve our home energy efficiency. They're honestly a pleasure to work with, communication is timely, and explanations of the work and expectations are very clear. Our first project was attic insulation and the quality of the custom work was excellent. The team arrived and wrapped up on time and we were amazed at how much of an immediate difference it made. GreenSavers also made the rebate process really easy. If you're curious about what you can do to improve the efficiency of your home, I highly recommend scheduling a walk-through (and the work!) with GreenSavers.

So, so happy we worked with GreenSavers. From our first contact with their home consultant until the last installer walked out the door it was a pleasant and professional experience. The estimates were spot on, we had constant communication with each department, scheduling was easy and straightforward, they were on time and cleaned up after the work was finished. I highly recommend them.

Would highly recommend. I got pricing from several companies and GreenSavers were competitive in their pricing. Great team to work with. From the home performance consultant to project management team, to the installers - everyone on their team that I dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I was happy with all aspects of the process with them.

We had GreenSavers do two projects for us: insulating our walls then installing
An electric heat pump. Everyone on both the project teams were knowledgeable, they arrived as scheduled, and did a great job cleaning up. The Project Manager answered all our questions and the office staff were helpful and billed in a very timely fashion. It all started with a great sales person who was knowledgeable about what would be the most beneficial for our home and the environment. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I sought bids from four contractors to do three jobs: install a heat pump, do weatherization, and install a water heater. I chose GreenSavers because they could do all three jobs, they gave a reasonable bid, and they seemed knowledgeable and professional. I definitely made the right decision. The fact that they could do all three jobs made coordination of scheduling much easier. Their team of performance consultant, project manager, and scheduler made everything run smoothly. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. And the people who did the actual installation were hard-working, skillful, and courteous. I am 100% satisfied with the product and service.

We love our new heat pump! It's our sole heat source and keeps our house much more comfortable than our Nest-thermostated gas furnace ever did. Have used it for cooling only a couple days, so we're still figuring that out. But we've been very, very pleased so far. And GreenSavers did a fabulous job: very neat and professional. They rock!

I had Mira come over and assess my basement situation at my house this summer and she suggested I get my furnace looked at by her tech Zach. He looked into it said I had no pressing concerns and could possibly wait a year or so to have it serviced. I’ll admit the furnace is old, but when the tenants went to turn it on last week it wouldn’t work at all, so I had a company come in to see what the problem was. I figured it wasn’t turning on because it hadn’t been used since the spring. The tech informed me that the control board was shot and I needed a new heat exchanger. Ok, understandable since it’s an old furnace. Why did I pay for Zach to give me a completely wrong assessment of the unit. Not sure if he’s qualified to do that job. The reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because Mira was a pleasure to work with. Zach on the other hand just wasted my time and money.
